Hi ! I have a BMW 116D 2016 with Entrynav NBT Evo id4 Headunit (no navigation) and can show album cover when playing Spotify /tidal via USB from IPhone,
But the album art does not show via Bluetooth?!
Is that something that SHOULD work and can be fixed somehow?
With a 2016 BMW X3, I was curious about setting the radio to tune into custom frequencies, specifically NOAA Weather Radio. I want to know if that's even possible, if you could add the option in the source menu, and if you could program a dashboard alarm when a weather alert is received

How do you do a reset on the idrive system which is the same system in your video. I have a 2019 X1 2.8xi
Your car should be in standby state, then press and hold the volume button for about 30 seconds. After that, press the volume button once to turn the system back on.
Cluster is not showing usually when sun is on heads up display Snd now turn g on and off periodically...

Why does my Bluetooth have a 2 -3 seconds delay when I'm playing music or watching youtube videos? Im using an Android phone, is it different for iPhone users?
The delay is a standard occurrence for wireless connections. It might differ from phone to phone based on a model of the BlueTooth antenna installed in the phone. Some phones will not experience a noticeable delay while other devices might struggle with it.
@@bimmer-tech I see, I didn't have this problem on my Subaru Impreza and I was using the same phone.
@@LILKIZIGUWAZ Solution. Plug in your phone through usb, esp when streaming movies. That will get rid of the delay which is normal through bluetooth. Also if you want to go to idrive-media/radio-manage mobile devices-(your phone) and while your phone is plugged into usb also make sure its connected via bluetooth. Then click on and make sure bluetooth audio is disabled and then make sure the telephone is checked off. This way you can stream your music and videos in sync with usb and you can also make phone calls with bluetooth. Happens in the acura tlx also.
CAN I ADD THE DVD PLAYER OPTION ON MY IDRIVE 6.0 (BMW X2 - 2018) ?
We don't offer DVD player retrofits. We can only activate the video in motion feature in your iDrive if you already have the DVD player.
How do you do the photo upload? Can’t seem to find the option in my BMW app

You can connect an old iPod to your car through the aux port.

After my initial complimentary subscription traffic camera app expired Iso paid and re-subscribed. the app con is there and checked but I don't get alerts as I did before. for two weeks I have been emailing and calling BMW and they give the same useless response. I have reset the system more than 10 times. can anyone help?
