I have to admit this theme suits Soundwave so well. It gives him a strong yet twisted sense of elegance. It’s very funky but it suits him very well. Tbh Ik people say they weren’t a fan of his slight redesign/upgrade but personally I was I’ve always loved Soundwave in his G1 colours. I thought the design of laser beak was also an upgrade in my opinion as in prime he felt like just a generic drone. I have mixed feelings about them making him talk again as I loved in prime how he never spoke because, it added to the Cold, creepy, callus and cunning nature of Soundwave. But then again they brought Frank Welker back to do his iconic voice so I can’t complain too much as he’s the best voice in my opinion. That being said i per have a soft spot for this show and while I didn’t like some aspects of the show and I’ll admit it is a lot weaker and toned down than prime. However as it’s own medium, forgetting about prime, I think it’s pretty good. I also love how they actually made Starscream feel Menacing and a true threat, though sadly we never saw him transform and he’s defeated too easily, I can forgive that for the awesome theme they gave him and tbf his plan is quite cunning. @@ausarthevile2970 thank you ahah. I didn’t want to seem like I was bashing on TFP because honestly this may be the nostalgia talking but it’s the best TF show ever. I try and watch the show in a writer’s mindset to see any flaws and while I might find a few here and there it’s honestly so hard because, of how perfect the show is. My complaints with prime aren’t even complaints they’re more slight nitpicks. TF RID while vastly inferior to Prime is still a good show on its own if you view it outside of Prime. I’ll admit some of the redesigns weren’t too bad for e.g Bulkhead, Ratchet, Soundwave (in his first appearance) etc. and I liked how TF RID wasn’t afraid to try and stand out, giving us new characters and designs which for the most part I liked. My only major criticism with TF RID was I wish in some ways Prime didn’t come back as sometimes he overshadows Bumblebee. Ohh well this is just my opinion, feel free to disagree if you want lol 😂. Xx

And here I am thinking all this could have been avoided if one take him outta the shadowzone as soon as the war ended and/or get Megatron to earth as soon as possible to yank sound waves ass back to cybertron if needed so he can be safe for both himself and others.
I can't believe one of the best transformers show is actually a sequel to this disappointed bad show (but i like the opening and soundwave, starscream design in my opinion) also i know this is a kids show but come on kids enjoyed TFP because the fights but this show the fight scene is just boring)
@@hydrocon211 I still don't see how the games and show are linked? I'm sorry I can't even with comics and staff saying they're same universe, I like seeing them better as there own universe.

And to be clear I really like prime, wfc, and foc, rid and rescue are okay but they were toned down compared to prime which is fine. It just seems better to me if they were separated, at least prime being connected with rid and rescue bots made a lot more sense to me, them being connected with wfc/foc I still don't see that but that's me, cause if they were what happened to majority of the autobots and decepticons after vortex, how did prime cliffjumper end up back at cybertron he was on the ark foc, no refrence I've seen in the shows connected to the games (unless I'm blind or dumb) and I have few more questions, but unless I miss some comics I still don't see it and wiki doesn't help much either. But once again that's me.
