Thank you SLICE. Love from the Karakoram mountain ranges of Pakistan. Since my mother tongue is Balti. Balti, Ladakhi and other Tibetan languages are of the same family i e Sino Tibetan Languages. That's why I'm intetested in these videos. It's not only the languages but the cultures of Baltistan, Ladakh and Tibet are also a lot same.

Seeing her carrying melong, I believe she holds some kind of knowledge to the path. She is longing for the true nectar. She has to quest to search for a Guru who holds a wisdom of great seal or Dzogchen etc... If she is searching only for some kind of magic thing to be feel proud about then it's of no use to gain knowledge rather will cause more destruction... Hopefully, she will find the path to self realization which will suit her the best... Om Ah Hum🙏🙏🙏

"Partly annexed by China in 1951 after the culture revolution". What? Is this an alternative universe or what? In my universe, culture revolution ended in late 70s. Also part of Kham region was established as Xikang Province of China in 1939, before Communists took power. How can a documentary lack basic history accuracy?

In Christianity is "sin" - transgression of the Moral Law (10 Commandments).
In Judaism, is Yetzer Hara - Evil Inclination..

The Basic Teachings of Buddha which are core to Buddhism are: The Three Universal Truths; The Four Noble Truths; and • The Noble Eightfold Path.
      The Five Precepts
.Refrain from taking life. Not killing any living being. ...
Refrain from taking what is not given. Not stealing from anyone.
Refrain from the misuse of the senses. Not having too much sensual pleasure. ...
