You sometimes renew unstable and agony, depending on if they are going to go there full duration. For agony you only renew it if it will go for the full 24 seconds. So if the boss will die within 24 seconds, I don't re-apply it. It's just not worth the GCD. For unstable, you only renew if it will go for 4/5 ticks (12 out of 15 seconds), otherwise it's not worth the cast time. This is one reason for using the kill timer I have above the target frame. I think I mostly got the timings right in this video but there are a couple of mistakes - for example I think I could have casted unstable once more on Patchwerk. I let it fall with about 15 seconds left in the fight so one more cast would have been worth it.
I think I had 291 or something like that in this video. Hit cap with suppression is 289 so that's what you wanna shoot for but you can go slightly over
unequip then re-equip your other trinket so it goes on a 45 second internal cooldown (so you don't accidentally proc it before the fight starts, ideally), then just spam rank 1 lifetap 10 times to get the full procs on illu.
Here is an example of a mouseover macro I use - it prioritizes mouseover but if I dont have one that it goes to focus target. This is for corruption but just use the same macro with different spell names for other spells: #showtooltip Corruption /cast [@mouseover, harm, nodead][@focus, harm, nodead] Corruption

@@ang.k7063 Yeah so basically I have it set up so one keybind will be for normal target only and another keybind will be the smae spell for mouseover(and if no mouse exists, then cast at focus target). For example my number 4 key is for corruption, and shift 4 is for mouseover/focus corruption. The reason I have it on separate binds is so that I don't accidentally re-cast corruption on my main target if I don't want to (like if my mouse cursor isn't over top of the nameplate when I start spamming the button). This is just the way I prefer to set it up but there are lots of options to experiment with. You can have a spell all on one keybind if you want where it will be prio mouseover > focus > main target Hopefully that makes sense!

@@ydoicappa lol come on guys... look at the top 5 warlocks in the world on patchwerk, they are using haunt before UA on opener... it' a miniscule dps difference which one you cast on opener. Also you always always keep haunt off the only time you let it drop is at the very very end of the fight if casting it means that you won't even get another drain soul tick off

Are you getting tricks of the trade and fm every fight here? I can’t seem to pull these numbers without and flame cap is probably needed too but wouldn’t know when to pop it
I'm actually not getting tricks at all here, I have a weakaura that shows when I get it. I think I'm occasionally getting focus magic, not really tracking that. Honestly to get the number a lot of it depends on your raid and kill times. I had to do a pug last week and my dps was like 1k lower even though I personally played just as well as normal. For flame cap I just use it when I use infernal.. it's a pretty minor increase though, maybe 50dps or something.

Check some really good Aff lock guide and you will do more dps for sure. 1)try to avoid life taping în execute phease. 2)never let your dots to fall off even în execute phease cuz your drain will do more dmg per affli debuf. 3)you almost eatch time did one shadobolt instead of reaply UA
Thanks for the comment! 1) Yes you should avoid life tapping in execute phase - I never used life tap in execute though... 2) No, you should only put UA and CoA up in execute phase if they are going to go the full duration, otherwise you don't re-cast them. I actually made the mistake of putting that last CoA on Maexxna (I shouldn't have used it since it didn't go the full duration). For the soul siphon debuff, you don't need additional dots - you're haunt/shadow embrace/corruption count towards it and max it out. UA and CoA are just used for their individual damage. 3) There are a couple of times when I could have casted UA one cast earlier (it would be very close to clipping it), but if you look closely, most of those times I'm casting an extra SB because if I casted UA it would clip the last tick of it, which is a massive dps loss. It is better to let UA fall for half a second then completely miss the last tick. So my option in those situations is either to wait and do nothing for a second, or cast a shadowbolt and let UA very briefly fall. The latter is better (although there are some occasions where that situation is a good opportunity to throw in a a quick lifetap).
I think you might be referring to the NugKeyFeedback addon above the cast bar? That just shows what button/spells I am pressing, it doesn't tell me what to do or automate anything. A lot of people seem to be confused by this - I might need to just remove that addon.

During under 25% that you spam drain soul you dont renew you unstable and agony? only haunt?

Yes you definitely want to hold it for drain phase if you are only getting one use of it. Much more damage there even if using lust on pull
