Ask your doctor to see if you have a tore tendon in that area, and see if the pain is due to swelling and inflimation in that area due to the tear, Did you lift anything heavy OR rotate it incorrectly? My wife tore a tendon in that area of the shoulder and had pain right at that joint. The had to go in and laser that point, and shave down the cartilage to keep it from getting arthritic.
