I found a really pretty plastic mesh like trash can at Target. It's perfect because it's narrow and taller than a storage bin, so you can stand your tools up and easily get to them!
I have dark circles as well and never know what to use. I'd be interested in hearing if that Neutrogena product works for you! I recently started using castor oil under my eyes because I hear that should work as well, so that's something else to try!
