Well they are pretty good lol made of stainless steal which conducts heat about 70% less than standard steel. It is very sturdy and the attachments for it a made of really durable material. My parents love theirs!

You said frost-proof. Did you mean freeze proof? Otherwise what would be the point of changing out the original freeze-proof hydrant?
