This is amazing. It is early Bach, with all of its excess in the fugue. The percussive quality we learned from Glenn Gould, plus this amazing arsenal of colors. It feels like an adventure, I wish it could go on forever . . . :)
Everything here is sublime. The sound from Bach which Mr. Bromberg has Managed to bloom in notes is prodigious.

I had heard of the American pianist Kenny Broberg taking the 2nd prize in the 2017 Cliburn competition and thought it was a mistake but my skepticism was washed away with this video. His form is excellent with high clarity of the different voices. I think I'll take a trip to Dallas for the next Cliburn competition. After all, my life revolves around the piano.

There are some excellent harpsichord recordings of this piece. The ones by Trevor Pinnock and Pierre Hantai are my favorites. Yours, by far, is the best piano recording I have ever heard, and has become my favorite. The fugue especially ROCKS!

Zaista zanimljivo izvođenje.Autentično čini mi se . Sve je tu , dobra raspodela melodije glasova , njihova pojava u levoj ili desnoj ruci , ali ono što je novo je različitost artikulacije unutar samog teksta . To mi se i dopalo , jer nisam razmišljala da se time postiže osoben izraz . Postoji jedna , takoreći uniformna artikulacija u izvođenju Baha . Ali pokušati sa njenom raznovidnošću unutar teksta je zaista interesantno. Postoje ponekad male nespretnosti , da niste u pravom trenutku na pravom mestu klavijature. Lepo i veoma uzbudljivo izvođenje. Bravo 😊❤❤

I wasn't a huge fan of the adagio on first listen, but I think the moment around 7:50 was one of the most special color changes I've ever heard in Bach. Wow!
It’s one of my favorite, so warm and innocent. At that part it modulates to Eb major.

Considerare le toccate " giovanili" è follia. A quegli anni Bach era già più che maturo. La fuga qui è resa con gusto, capita e goduta. Bravo. Preludio ed intermezzo forse eccessivamente espressivi.
