Sup guys, if you wanted to check out the TH-cam Channel that released the Tier List I looked at, here's that link: www.youtube.com/@yk_onepiece The actual video: th-cam.com/video/MjK0Uj5CR5s/w-d-xo.html
Comment from Japan: Much of that YTr’s list is spot on. Having played in a few tournaments already (with and without Saka), I can confirm much of it. Nami is in the right place. You barely see any Zoro. It’s good, the speed it has is difficult for most decks but I wouldn’t rate it at Tier 2 because hardly anyone plays it/has success. Tier 3 is a good place for it. Yamato has all but disappeared, in its place is Bonnie and Uta Uta needs to move up to Tier 2 at least. It wins or tops often. I have not seen 1 Rebecca deck. I haven’t seen Katakuri in a while (except for when the kids join us). I haven seen BY Luffy in a while too. It seems to be struggling, especially against the Enel and Green decks. Tier 1 based on what I’ve seen these past few weeks should be: Enel. Bonnie. RP Law. Moria. Lucci. Tier 2: Uta. Reiju. Nami. Yamato. Zoro. WB. BY Luffy.
Very interesting tier list from that channel you showed off. I'm very happy to see Rebecca be discussed again as she's just such a cool deck, and as a fresh Reiju and Moria fan, it's nice to see those decks will remain very strong into the future meta. (And yes, I play the three most graveyard recursion centric decks in One Piece, I played reanimator in MTG for the longest time 😂)
the reason nami is up there is mainly cause of the new sengoku seven warlords searcher. People have started to play around that so adding in overheat plus the op01 croc that lets u play blue events for 1 less cost. So you have those two plus desert spada and love love mellow all searchable. It has been getting results in the east so im guessing thats why
I'd be very, very, VERY surprised if Gecko Moria stays around $25 for long... Historically speaking, prices tend to bottom out at around 2 weeks after the release of a set. And even though they may be the same "rarity," those cards you were comparing Moria to are not a fair comparison at all! It's apples and oranges; they may both be fruit, but they're completely different. Borsalino and especially Kid come from sets that are not only over a year old now, but they had a notoriously low print run compared to the last few sets. They're out of print now (although some more is coming FINALLY and I'm super stoked about that lol) and there wasn't nearly enough to even begin with. A more fair comparison would be looking at set 5 or 4 SR's. Look at Sanji, a staple card in literally every single yellow deck (except maybe Yamato depending on the build), he's less than $8. Even Sabo who's used pretty ubiquitously in black decks (albeit not always as a 4 of) is also around the same price. Rebecca and, even more so, Lucci in set 5 are basically black staples at this point, or at least used in the 2 biggest meta decks right now, and those SR's are under $5!! My point being is that the price is being dictated by market FOMO and inflated perceived value. As well as not everybody who even ordered boxes have gotten them yet, and not everybody who has has had time to sort and list their stock that they're selling on TCGplayer yet. It's still way too soon after release and more stock will be coming and sellers will keep trying to undercut other sellers as less and less buyers are in need of playsets still. Happens after every single release. Give it another week or 2 for prices to settle. I know there's some big scalpers that are probably hoarding a lot of stock to artificially control supply or something, but even with all the market shenanigans, it should eventually settle to around $10 or less. Mark my words now and come back to this comment in 2 weeks for anybody out there who doesn't believe me...
Something else that's probably important to add, you also got to remember that we have a confirmed reprint by Bandai themselves that OP06 will be getting more stock after May, which not only will help lower prices of everything at that point, but even before May, knowing they're coming will incentivize the scalpers and hoarders to dump their remaining excess before the reprints start hitting shelves as to recoup their some of their costs and hedge against Bandai potentially printing the set into the ground (which I don't believe they will, but that would be a legitimate concern for anybody trying to make money scalping these boxes).
i wonder if you could play some of th ehighcost vanilla cards with whiteberd again with saka gone, just have a board of high beatsticks. that said i still wouldve thought that whitebeard wouldve been on the list
Does anyone know how top decks get its info? Separately I would love to see a video for beginners going to tournaments like I still don’t understand how the rankings work and everyone I ask can’t really explain it either
Do you have any thoughts about not seeing Red-Yellow Sabo in the meta? I'm currently playing him in tabletop simulator and it just feels very very powerful to me and really fun to play. Don't know why I'm not seeing more of him, maybe I'm missing something?
Ya I was perplexed that it was not at least in tier 3. I'm not sure what exact list they are running of Sabo over there, but the version I've been testing (in OP06.5 EB01 Meta) has felt very consistent. If I had to guess it just hasn't seen as many games as the other Leaders so is flying under the radar.
@@Vvulfrik That makes sense! Black Yellow Luffy may be taking all the spotlight for the three brothers hahaha the Sabo list I'm playing with is very aggressive and almost every turn attacks 4 times with good amount of power.
Yamato has so many different builds I'm curious which one you think pushes her up into the next tier? Or do you just think overall because of her versatility it pushes her up to the next tier?
Well that will definitely be the trick is to find the combination that works best in OP06/07. Personally, I think the Fortress build with Wano support is the way to go. Maybe I'll do a video on that soon. Fortress with Donq Pirates is good as well.

A much appreciated comment, thank you so much.
True
Finally seeing a rainbow of high end decks. It's too bad product is scarce because the actual game feels like it's in a good spot.
100 agree

Why would they not lock moria to thriller bark cards. Such a mistake
Great video
They need to bring back op03 leader alt art style
they do with eb01 set in 1 1/2 month ? :D

i got cooked by a super aggresive deck, they had the mihawk 3k on turn 2 play it, got to play ohm and holy and the match was pretty much over turn 2
I play the Sky Island package Y/G Yamato, which is mostly aggression.
@@patar949 That does sound pretty brutal.
The yellow Charlotte Brulee is over $5 for a common card and I’m like😒
Ya, that's a card from a Starter deck (07 I think). The same problem happened with Queen, Great Eruption, and Hina... its awful.
I given up on card prices :(
everyone really be sleeping foxy
From what I've seen in my locals and flagship saka have a bad time going up against lucci
Zero Yamato in flagship the deck ain't good in this meta
Luffy was in tier 1 because it's the best deck to go up against the black deck due to unlimited 5 cost blocker sabo
The flagship I attend
Boa is up there cause she's insanely good against deck like nami, booney and uta
Why arlong isn’t here but vivi is I can’t begin to understand
Ya that's an interesting point, I think someone also asked where is Blue Doffy now that it got the extra 7 Warlords support.
@@Vvulfrikyeah blue doffy powerful
