Hold on! The title of this video is : "8 grocery products that won't be available next month" NOT 8 grocery products going up in price next month. The title is click Bait. I am done with this channel.
Yeah, this is like the third type of video that says something like that and you think OK let me just check and make sure and then you go through the whole freaking thing and it has almost nothing to do with the title! I agree I’m done with this shit
Exactly I was thinking same thing
And the exp date or best by date doesn’t mean canned foods expire 👆 there good way past that date as long as the can isn’t compromised… rust … deep dents that break the seal etc 👆
Ads make $$$, rinse & repeat, ppl click & watch. Is it dem or us?
My first time on this channel and probably my last. I thought the topic was related to the title but I agree, click bait.
Cans are a lot thinner. Claimed aluminum shortage. Basic bs. Will not last as long long term FYI. Make sure no dings or dents
they include bent cat food cans in my deliveries from amazon. I HATE THT!!!!!!!!!
These tips suggest every family store vast quantities of produce, meats, breads, canned goods, and so on... per person. The quantity he speaks of would require each family member to have their own refrigerator, freezer, and storage space as well. I live in an Apt., I stockpile what I can, and if the power goes out for a few days, I won't have the waste of thawed and rotting foods.
Thanks for comment.
It is fear mongering.
First!
I always try buying bulk meats.
Like 1 10 lb beef.
2 Chicken Leg Quarters
2 Drumsticks
Or a bag full of Chicken.
(Chicken Goes a long way)
1 Chops Family Pack
Rice&Beans
Fideo, Black Beans,
and Kidney Beans.
We call it 'a meat special'. We survived on bulk specials back in the day.
buy a root cellar and a pantry and a large extra freezer. LOL. grow some food, get dehydrated packages of fruit, dried beans, oats. lentils, quinoa, rice, pasta, crackers, jellies, sauces, etc. that can be stacked in containers. Keep potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, and garlic etc, on hand.
Not gonna work for me in my house either. LOL @@PeggyHickson
I have a couple of extra freezers. I buy meats and makings in bulk then meal prep. I divide the meat and use half for spacific meals. Like for meatloaf, i use 1 lb ground beef (its just me), and add seasonings. The rest of the ingredients ill put in a ziplock bag, label and date and store in the pantry. I also prepare and freeze a vegetable which i put with the meat. I freeze prepared meals as well. I found some containers with lids at dollar tree. Cook it up, divide it up, and freeze.
We used to have extra freezers because my family hunted. It made my mom feel better to keep the deer, rabbit, pheasant and catfish in it's own fridge. (???)
Freezing all these products. What happens when we all lose our electricity???
Exactly. Best get out your preserving jars.
i find it interesting people willing to pay $30 to $100 and up and up for cloth and make up but complain about food price.
you can wear clothes much longer than a can of beans!
@@janehyden1652 but doesn’t clothing wear out over time and you out grown them and also fashion is always new ? No disrespect tho. I’m just trying to understand it
I buy cheap clothing because at the end of the day expensive is not necessary. We just
Need cloth to cover up.
Freeze dried foods. I brought some fd meats in 2010. Back then they cost twice the meat in the store. Today the meat in the stores is twice the cost of my 2010 freeze dried meat that is currently on my emergency foods shelf.
"Always wrap your meat."
"Protection is important."
"If you can swing, that's a strong move."
So many innuendos...😅
Coincidence? 😉
These suggestions of how much to buy in bulk aren’t possible for most. Especially for large families, not many people have enough refrigerators and freezers to store all this food.
Elderly and retired. It's a great idea for a big house and a large family. Just no room in many situations. I'm eating more vegetables to counter the meat prices. Buy what is growing locally from farmer's markets. Grow a garden; consider a few chickens if you can. (I have one) The weather or our technology is a problem sometimes. White bread can't be cheap enough for me to consider buying it. We have an oven. Fruits and vegetables have a SEASON when they are cheap, and they are expensive the rest of the time; if you need to have them; think about perhaps canning/freezing/drying. You'd have to have a barn to hold all the stuff he's listing. Some of this is becoming accustomed to what you CAN get. Avoiding expensive ingredients when not in season or on sale. I don't plan to hoard a lot of food in advance; alas, I will not exist past the availability of INSULIN which degrades over time if stored.
And hope the grid don't quit
You dont have to have anxiety cuz channel will give it to you .

This is wisdom... and it works
Nobody will miss nothing they don't have you get use to what have and be thankful,🙏✋✌️👍
The title is tricky if we consider the presenter states “in the upcoming months”. Attention catch strategy. Yes, food prices have skyrocketed and maybe it’s not that they will not be available but that they will become unaffordable for many of us. You wonder why our governments don’t focus on this instead of international politics. Other commodities have seen a decrease in price but not food. But that is another story. It’s good to stock on some items, not sure about the citrus but you can buy already frozen fruits like strawberries, blueberries and mangos. Canned beans are an excellent and still cheap source of protein. Substitution is important. I don’t buy anything that is absurdly priced (like eggs some time ago. Give your body a healthy break. Eat something else). Now there’s one factor here, that will probably not happen because people are not going to go en masse to the shops to buy food (unless there’s another pandemic or a major war) and that is that food prices will increase even further if people go and empty the shelves. It’s difficult but adapting and substituting is essential. Having gone through three major hurricanes and a civil war has taught me something
It would be a great ideal to buy that way but what happens if the electric goes down? It won’t take long for the meat to go bad!
Save the seeds, before they stop all seeds the seedless vegetables and fruits are here now,
a tip for people that have mice, store some tea with your packaged goods that you have in the pantry or cupboard as mice do not like tea
Or buy a cat! 🐈 😊
This was a very good video.....very useful and informative. Thanx! 👍
I found it poorly researched - with Walmart being the only source. And the AI voice is also disturbing.
As I'm listening to you I was placing grocery order on line with Walmart. Folgers 33.7 Oz 29.72
Homey bunched of oars, 7.72
Barilla elbows 16oz, 8.97.
i bet those oars taste real woody.
Wth? We get boxes of Barilla noodles for 99 cents
Where (town) are you shopping?...these prices are absurd!!
@JoyceB-qv9xq I have the healthy choice from United Health care
I can use the 220$ a month towards food or put towards utility bills.
@@ricklesser5851 You didn't answer my question!
Freezing products
People living in th United States 🇺🇸 we will spend 50$ to150$ going out on a date ,when it comes to food we say its to high we cant afford it , you people need to win a Oscar's each
Buck that I just throw stuff in my yard and it grows back...
Idoed this effect south africa as well
if you can, to supplement food prices, try dumpster diving, and not just for food, but other items.
Shortage on food? We are also not considering how many xtra people are flooding across our borders and the sudsen increase of people to fees. Hard to keep up and yes our grocery prices and healthcare costs keep sky rocketing. We got to pay for those that get all this handed for free :( we cant keep up with this just being honest
Last night we buy meat 🥩 and poultry UNBELIEVABLE price we paid $998.99 we are shocked that much we buy in $500 and under for 3 months supply but now really difficult 😞. We buy got after I think 6 months next time I think 🤔 before order.
Timeto get some pigs and chickens, and a milk goat!
You forgot GV sandwich bread. Went up 25 cents, and down two slices.
Not good to stock up in Australia when they turn off your electricity
sounds great but what if you lose power
if able, have a generator. and if you have a basement, store your food in the coolest part.
Everyone does not have a separate freezer, only the one over the refrigerator.? And people in small apartment don’t have room for stock pile. Where are people supposed to get the$ for this food too!!
what about dehydration
So in one month meat won't be available. Got it.
Maybe then many can help with that cheese surplus and help us lower the dairy, agriculture subsidies.
@@TH-eb5ro LOL - I'm just riffing here. Of course meat will still be in the stores in a month. It may be pricey but it won't be unattainable. And if people are prepared, a short term price hike won't hurt much because they likely already have frozen and canned storage. I think people are addicted to panic.
Do you throw out expired canned goods ?
Molim Vas prevod...
A loaf of bread in my area costs 4 to 5 dollars.
#RFMvids
No Name and Western Family and Complements Store Brands are the Lowest cost in Canada Canned and Dry Foods
Canned food not on sale. Nobody buys it. Same can food on sale for five cents off. Sold out. The power of a nickel is powerful.
I don't eat much, anyway, so am not concerned! 🥴🇬🇧
Do you like bagels? Well heres a shot of some hot dog buns instead….😮
Be careful of the meat you do purchase. Some of the meats are lab-grown! I seriously doubt they will label it as lab-grown!
Local store carrying porterhouse steaks marked "MX" (Mexico)
Alot of pork and bacon companies are owned by c h!nese/c h!na companies. Smithfield, Smith...
Remember, that country grow the food they sell us in human sh!t. They also don't regulate the industrial pollution.
Why are there changing weather patterns? Wouldn't all these people going out and buying extra like this cause the shortage? Is the cost of the extra fridge or freezer less than the extra produce item. I'm not confident on the nutrition advice, bread is not a dietary need, an onion is more nutritious than citrus. At the beginning of this I thought it was a message from the meat industry as there are more economical equally nutritious shelf stable option. Most fruits are not needed if we are eating a variety of veggies and greens. Is it an AI video?
your body needs the vitamins and mineral that are in fruits as well a vegetables. just google it to know what fruits have that veggies do not and visversa
Freezing? What will you do when there's no electricity? JARRING is the only way to go! Buy flour, make your own bread!
This is what happens when we independent farmers retire. Monopolies are to blame. Those who work for and support monopolies by shopping at grocery stores (instead of supporting your own community of only one percent of population of independent tired farmers) are to blame. No independent farmers, no food. It is February, time to start growing your own.
This is beyond simplicit! But a lot when it's on sale! Buy an extra can! Stockpile! You think the average person doesn't know this and isn't already doing this! You must think your subscribers are really not very smart!
Fasting. Lent..we will eat more fish.
Take bidens food.
Like what .?
Not sure if this is an AI narrator or just a shitty narrator. LOL! But whatever it is, we can call him, Captain Obvious! LOL
No items will be gone next month they will increase in price 🤨 that’s not the same at all! Prices been going up. Nothing new/ you forgot a ton of stuff on the list like eggs milk butter and lentils
Buy less. The price will soon come down.
no, it will not. even walmart is going up
i am having to get less for the same amount of money.
The bottom line is GREED
From Terence Wise in UK.......Just stop buying these goods now.......and the prices will drop.
You took CLICK BAIT to a whole new level. Are you really that desperate for likes??? You covered every food group and actually said NOTHING!!! Get a GRIP!
Fear monger
SAD.
I don't give a fuck
Clickbait! Disgraceful!
You need to stop shopping at Walmart. This store is overpriced because people use their food stamps there (or those of other people people, because they don't verify). These people don't care how much the food is.
People who go to Aldi for good value on groceries.
We found Azure Standard to be a good option for buying nutritious food in bulk.
My walmart is expensive because it's in a tourist town'
@@carolsayre7364 All Walmarts are expensive. We used to shop in Livonia, Michigan and are now shopping in Tupelo, Mississippi. We saw the prices at my sister's in Columbia, MS. It has nothing to do with tourism. They are not competing because they make $$$ off food stamps.
I never shop at Walmart. Don't like their politics.@@corinnajones9030
Walmart is no longer cheap
Problem with azure is a pick up point. I live in middle of nowhere .
I'm a vegetarian.
So? Hope your vegie garden is working for you.
Ewwww
BS
This was over 16 minutes a waste of time lol should have been captioned " buy in bulk " instead of this . Totally click Bait!!
Fake
says someone who does not care about prices, but will complain i did not know when the item they want is either very high priced or not there.
Oh stop perils of pauline u guys gotta stop ur nonsense financial advisors ! Lol get lost
Are u telling us how to save or what won’t be available empty Shelves
As your title implies , that a big difference
Don't buy chicken with out bones . Period.
you do know boneless costs you more.
