Great hidden space! If you got those big hooks used for holding bikes, (or something similar) you could put up several to hold the long scraps of wood, freeing up more floor space
Make yourself some moving trollies for the storage space. It's just a wooden frame with swivel wheels in the corners. Will make getting things out and moving around easier.
I love your channel..... maybe put the small table that is upside down in the large tin container, at the end of the closet, were you were thinking about putting your Christmas stuff. Switch what is in the tin with what into the red container (that has the rolls), put the rolls inside the tin container, that way they are out of the way and lay flat. Put what is in the tin in to the red container, making it possible to close the red container, making it possible to stack another box on top of the red container. Label the red container so you know what is in it. Just a suggestion. Have a great day! Put the tin on top of the small table, if it fits.

At 53, I've been a Potterhead for some years, the films are great (with a series planned), but I really recommend the books, they are extremely funny and have loads that were not included in the films, such as Peeves the Poltergeist. I own lots of Replicas, and it's getting to be a headache displaying it. Creating Extra storage would be a bonus, but I live in a Maisonette so it's just not possible.
Oh and where I live, in Malta we have two Water Heaters, a small one in the kitchen over the sink and a larger one in the bathroom to heat the water there.
I also live in a small house, we downsized. It was not easy, but it feels lovely when i declutter. If family stand still for long enough they have a fear that i will send them to the charity shop. So great to have a nice tidy house. Kitty's are gorgeous.😂

A suggestion for your cat Attic. Put your suitcase up in portrait style and against the back wall. You have a see through flat box beside the orange one. Put it in top of the box behind the orange one. Push the orange o e closer to the edge. Stck your 2 Christmas boxes on top of each other. Put hooks up to hang stuff up. Pack your suitcase with items to save space.
Have spent the last week clearing my life...removed everything that was weighing me down ..living in a tiny house made me realise having my craft art supplies , classic wardrobe pieces, necessary usable linen kitchen items the whole place now just perfect for me..I feel liberated and organised..😊

In Netherlands we have a meter cupboard for all the heating pipe work etc. The heating boiler is in the attic or top floor. We also have gas central heating but no immersion. Have a hot press in my home in Ireland haha
When we were kids my cousin lived in a place where there was some space like that behind her room and we liked to play in there. When she was a teenager she just threw all her stuff in there when vistors were coming 😅 A fast way to clean the room 😉 Have a nice week 🐈💕🐈
I see you have kitty supervisors. Me too. It’s very motivating. Every little thing I do is supervised by one (sometimes both) of my kitties. Especially sweeping! I now know where the whole ‘cats riding brooms’ thing comes from. My little Amber Rose loves riding about on the broom brush top as I sweep the floor!
In your bedroom, where your loveseat is located, have you considered building an enclosed window seat in that space instead of cutting into the two walls on each side of the space? A window seat would provide you a place to sit and look out the window but also provide storage as well in the bottom part of the bench.

We used to have an Airing cupboard ( Hot Press). Always warm, best place to put your school uniform in the winter, so it was warm when you got up ready for school. Gardeners start off their seeds in it in the spring.
You CAN skim that wall. If I could do it you can Definitely do it. And its just storage so its Perfect practice. I could see shelving in those closets. 😉
I love your little storage attic or cat attic. I have an attic the whole length of my house. The problem with that is everyone in the family wants to use the space for their clutter things. In Wales we have airing cupboards. Originally it would have had the hot water tank in there and some shelves. When I had a combi condensing boiler fitted there was no need for the tank, but the cupboard is still warm. Mine is full of throws and towels, I'm obsessed with buying towels from charity shops. I get them for myself and my neighbour.

In Texas we use a radiant barrier for attics and storage places to keep the heat out of the house, it is made of insulated material with a zipper to allow access. It makes a noticeable different in your electric bill.
As a care worker in a residential care home thank you for the suggestion of donating craft supplies we would welcome them. Also anyone wishing to volunteer to do the crafts with the residents or even just to come and chat to them is always appreciated

In Canada we have a Utility Room generally. In it you’ll have a furnace etc. it’s kept separate from the other storage. And most homes have a Linen Closet. They’re small but usually tall, with shelves where we store our extra bedding and towels. The United States is the same.

I also store my leftover pannelling wood, picture rails and architraves behind the sofa😂 but my sofa is longer so hides them really well. It jeeps them flat too so stops them from warping.

I have been dedicating an hour a week to de-clutter. Otherwise, I become overwhelmed. I just recently decided to do it that way. Of course, I do not have projects to do for a living, so it's not as difficult for me. Trust me, I still have a lot of clutter to get rid of. Your fur babies are growing so fast and are adorable. I have been dedicating an hour a week to de-clutter. Otherwise, I become overwhelmed. I just recently decided to do it that way. Of course, I do not have projects to do for a living, so it's not as difficult for me. Trust me, I still have a lot of clutter to get rid of. Your fur babies are growing so fast and are adorable. As always, you never cease to amaze me with the skills you are able to do. Thank you.
