Also all of the other equipment for the a frame like the swivel, carabiners, strop, figure of 8 connector, extension top bar and sand bags are all from x pole as well. I hope this helps anyone looking into getting home rigs or just wondering where I bought all of my equipment from :)

Hula hoop - I bought a 90cm polypro hoop as my first hula hoop
Aerial silks - My silks are 10 metres long. I would recommend getting this length for the x pole a frame.
Aerial hoop - On x poles website i bought the PRO ( 24mm ) size

I've never seen the neck belay hang before. Very nicely done. And that opening, with the toes up near the hands, held for a long second! Very impressive.
