Thanks so much!! I’d definitely recommend getting a rig (especially if you’ve tried aerial hoop or you’re planning on trying it). It’s a little bit harder to use the silks on the rig as it’s only 3 metres tall so a little tricky to do a variety of tricks. I mainly just use it for aerial hoop now but would definitely recommend it. I bought mine from X Pole. I also bought the extended top bar and that works great for me. (I don’t hit my feet at all). I’m 5ft 9 by the way so you might not need the top bar depending on your height. Also the highest setting is the setting in the video which is about 3 metres. @Rowan Grace Circus You're very welcome! Thanks very much. Yes, I've started taking private aerial hoop lessons back in October/November, and I like it! That makes sense that it's harder to use the rig and have enough room doing silks vs. Aerial hoop on it. I'm only 5'4", so I'd definitely have enough room, it sounds like. Thanks again!

Hi sorry for the late reply but yeah this is at the highest setting. I can put the fame up to the 11ft setting by myself but find it very difficult to take down by myself so maybe keep that in mind if you don’t have anyone around to help. It is definitely possible though just a little bit tricky!!

Thank you!! Basically pretty much everything you need for the frame is sold separately. So I bought the extended top bar and figure 8 connector separately. And I would definitely recommend it especially if you train hoop, silks are a bit harder to use because of the height but still great for conditioning! :)

Hi I would definitely recommend the a frame for aerial hoop however aerial silks are quite difficult to create routines as there’s not much height. If you do have silks they’re still great for conditioning though so it depends what you want to use it for. Also I’d recommend getting the extended top bar. It gives you a lot more space for split moves/ roles so you don’t hit your legs on the sides of the frame. I love my frame and would definitely recommend getting one! :)

Thank you!! And I have both top bars but I only use the 78” one now because I was hitting my feet on the sides of the frame. I’d definitely recommend getting the 78” top bar especially if you have long legs like me :)

Hi yeah you can feel the frame wobbling a bit but I definitely got used to it very quickly. When I use my frame now I don’t feel unsafe and it feels completely normal now. I would definitely recommend getting it however there is a limited amount of moves you can do on silks because of the height. I mainly use silks for conditioning and my hoop for routines but you can definitely still make some routines. Especially in this time where most of us can’t train it’s a great investment. <3

Hi I’m not exactly sure what length the strop i have is but I remember I bought a slightly longer one because you can always make it smaller with different knots. Also I bought the pro hoop :)

Hi my silks 10m however there’s a few moves I struggle to do with the shorter silks so I would recommend getting longer if you are thinking about buying some🤍:)

Hi the top bar is 1.4 metres long but the floor space is 2 metres

Thank you so much! It wasn’t too hard to travel with because it comes with a bag to put the frame in and other bags to put all of the safety equipment. But its quite heavy so you would probably need someone with you to help move it. I hope that helps you🤍🤍

Hi I bought the PRO 24mm from x poles website

Hi the frame itself was around £400 but I then bought aerial silks, an aerial hoop, crash mat and all of the safety equipment so in total it came to £1080. I hope that helps you :)🤍
