I'm not sure if this has been patched, but I tried to run an alt to the bone palace through shattered ravines and the alkali pan and the backdoor (west) entrance was blocked off by a huge stone wall
did you have the quest 'A deals a deal' open when you did it? I'm still not sure why the backdoor is closed for my alt no matter what character I run with

done it 5 mins ago for a friend.. still works :)

Jeremy Cahoon no was a 12 hrs old derv (from me) w/o any nf quest After the "main Land"....
ok thanks for the info, if I make another character I'll try again, maybe campaign origin has something to do with it
