Hannah was disinterested in eating the souls of humans, even BEFORE her contract with luka, I bet she didnt even like being a demon at that point, unlike Claude who thirsts after Alois and Ciel. Her lack of hunger for human souls is further proven when you realize none of the contracts she made shown in the show was for her appetite.
I don't care what anyone says black butler two is the best in the show. Rewatching it you get a keen sense that they just took what people loved about the first one, and then turned it up to an 11. Madam Red's lusty story to THROAT SWOARD.

Undertakers' words about Ciel protecting his soul... Sebastian using words with women to coheres them into sex, not for his own pleasure, but to get information out of them. A devil to be sure~

He previously hunted souls indiscriminately, but grew tired of it and wanted something new, a dark, delicious soul that he can even nurture with further darkness and knowledge to make it all the sweeter. He also values his "demon aesthetics" which includes fully upholding his contract with Ciel. There was even one part where the Fallen Angel offered Sebastian to side with her and dine off the endless human souls that will rise after she has purified London, but Sebastian only has his eyes on Ciel's soul and will never betray him, for you see, he will always be _one hell of a butler..._

Running after the brainchild of Eric Cartman, the Joker and Chucky is exhausting, as well as dealing with three kids by yourself without their mother. It's like, "Dude. Work on yourself so your kids have 100% of their father and you can deal with the brainchild of Eric Cartman, Chucky and the Joker a lot easier."
