Yes they can be see through as you saw with the birch colour you could see my black period shorts😅😂
Do you mind telling me what’s the waist measurement on the size 10? I just want to know if it’s is consistent with what it says on the web. I have a 30 inches waist and I would like to know if 10 is the right size for me. Your help is appreciated. Thanks!
I love these pants so much, but the sizing and quality has changed SO much. I bought the 6 in black back in fall 2021 and they are the best pants I own. They still fit me perfectly and I wear them all the time. But when I tried on some new colours in a 6 during clientele, I felt like a sausage and the shorts didn't even zip up! I laid a new 8 over my old 6s, they are the same waist. & I also found that the crepe in anything not black has see through pockets. :( so disappointing.
Had to pass on a new pair for now, but hopefully when the Cognac colour comes in (Nov 2, 2022 - lol), they feel a bit better.
Wow thank you for your comment! That makes so much sense. I wonder why there is such a discrepancy between the new productions. My crepe white ones are older and have always been more on the sheer side (as you can see from the try on) but I never did mind as I can wear nude garments.
I purchased a pair of linen effortless in the short length, but in a larger size so they can sit lower on my waist. I am hoping they won't be too long. I'll find out at the of July as they are on special order, but hoping it will look like what I envision. :)
I think they will be fine especially the short length!!! I wish I could wear a lower waist like you, but it doesn’t not translate well for me😂
I am 5'6. I just recently got a pair of effortless pants. I am tempted to change it to the short length. It does drag on the floor a bit since I don't usually wear heels. I have been struggling for few days now. And your video is up. 😆 Now I made up my mind I am going to keep my regular length.
What about a pair of chunky sneakers? That’ll give you some length!
I have the same problem, but I’m also thinking chunky loafers possibly.
Thank you for this video it helps a lot! Just wondering but what is the difference between the inseams between the short and the regular lengths?
It says on the website that inseams vary by size, but for the regular length it is 31.5” and the short is 30”.
@@HelloHarley Awesome thank you so much! With the short version do you find that they ride up or "cameltoe" more? The short length is perfect for me but I'm worried with the shorter inseam they might not fit nicely around my hips.

@@HelloHarley Ah darn it I guess because the shorter inseam makes them harder to wear. I might have to suck it up and get the regular and just get them hemmed!

How do you find the effortless compared to the babaton pleated pants? I have the pleated in the hold suiting material and they feel quite more snug than the effortless in the crepette material, I don’t know if it’s the style of the pant or the material?
The babaton pleated pants are very snug and uncomfortable for me. Even in my regular size 8. The pleated pants just feel very restricting. I think it might just be the style in general runs small.
@@HelloHarley thanks so much for the reply! Yeah I ended up returning then, definitely too snug and uncomfortable! I got the new command pants instead in what seems to be a similar/ same material and they look really nice and are super comfortable in my regular size. So many options for trousers, feels as confusing as when they had come up with all the many variations of sweatsuits during Covid 😂 thank you for the video!
@@dreb5524 yess!! Never keep something that is uncomfy, we will end up leaving it in our closet!

Definitely can be if your undies are too bright or dark. I would stick with nude.
