My left side malfunctioned and only the right is working. I can't open this device.
does the rubber pad on neck got wind funnel to blow air out?
If I could find a neck fan that isn't loud, I'd buy it. I've tried a few different ones and they all just gather dust as I can't stand jet engine in my ear.
