I have had problems with lower back pain my whole life. While meditating, I noticed that I have a lot of tension in the lower abdomen, and that when this area relaxed, my back pain was reduced. The exercise you demonstrate in this video is the single most effective exercise I have encountered to alleviate my back pain! It also really relaxes me overall and reduces my anxiety. Thank you so much! I have had problems with frequent urination since childhood, although not to an extreme degree. I have also had problems with easily losing my breath, despite exercising and being physically fit. I have a background with emotional trauma. I suspect all of these issues are connected. Do you have any thoughts on this? Thank you so much again!
Quick questions.... how long before i can hope to see results (decrease of symptoms) by using this technique? Is there a maximum number of times per day we can use this technique. Thanks so much ! 🙏
I have severe overactive bladder syndrome that causes severe shivering and neuropathy for some reason due to a drug side effect. So gonna try this,I have already been using mirabegron for one year for this condition and gonna stop the olanzapine finally after 8 years within a few days. But side effects proven to be very brutal. Psychiatrist seriously should stop using atipic antipsychotics for a long time. I had so many diseases, withdrawals, and side effects due to this drug only that even with medical knowledge of being doctor rendered useless. Even after stop taking, your brain doesn't completely turns back to normal for months to years. I hope this will help because I really need it. I am gonna update this after a few days of usage twice a day after 2 days.
@@Ebison96 Turns out I was having an autoimmune ensefalite attack for 3 years that got in and out of remission after covid vaccine. Got into a huge attack after reinfection with seisures . Taking high dosage iv steroids now. Yeah my overactive bladder sendrome gone after vigorous kegel exercises and copious amount of high dosage c vitamin which I was lacking due to covid and autoimmune ensefalite along with a lot of vitamins(especially d vit) that is suplemented now but most effective one was high dosage zinc-vit c and vaginal ovules(Gut bacteria and vaginal bacteria effects those shits so I take probiotics too) . I also had copper deficiency due to high amount of zinc I was consuming that is also helped after I fixed it. I am urinary tract infection free for 3 months now ,I dont have overactive bladder sendrome much too. Stopped mirabegron 9 months ago because it was making my condition worse for some reason along with my other medications. But yeah it is hella effective for me. This year I just had like 3 urinary tract infections despite autoimmune ensefalite that fucked my immune system
I had a keyhole hysterectomy done 1 month ago. After surgery, i can't pee without pushing, and even so, it doesn't empty my bladder. Can this method help? Otherwise, i will be needing self catheterization😢.
Mike, yes exactly. The more relaxed the muscles and tissue are around the bladder, the better it can function. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
Thank you for the response! I went to pelvic floor PT but she said my pelvic floor wasnt that tight, but she didnt do what you showed here. Im probably going to try it myself. What if you have no problem emptying fully, could this still help? Ive had 3 sonograms and all 3 came up that i didnt retain anything
@@mikec5391 Your pelvic floor doesn't necessarily have to be tight to affect emptying of the bladder. Give this a try and you can always visit our website and sign up for a remote evaluation at innerdynamicspt.com/telehealth-services We are happy to help, not all pelvic PTs treat the same.
Thank you. But i dont have any issues with emptying. My issue is i always have an urge to go. My uro thinks its pelvic floor dysfunction. Thats why im wondering if this may help with that and what muscles this exercise actually targets since the pelvic floor sits below the bladder

This is interesting. What is this supposed to do, loosens the muscles around the bladder?

@@mikec5391 absolutely. Hip tightness can also contribute to urgency sometimes. Perhaps get a second opinion.
Is this good for people with urinary retention and IC?
Hi Bleach, yes this is great for both of those conditions!
