This video really did show how the game was quite literally riding down its downfall, as Preston keeps making bad decisions and decides to make to game more about huges for profit. Its like the game became more for huges and grinders willing to spend a lot of time and money instead of the actual game... If only they kept updating the game for casual reasons instead of profit reasons...

if the video mentioned the death of trading because pet sim 99 transferring that woulda been the ultimate ending, amazing vid tho, genuinely loved watching it and i showed all my friends who played (oml the nostalgia from the earliest stages lol)
i remember the first halloween update in 2021 i was lucky enough to hatch the huge pumpkin cat when there was only a little over 1k. it used to be the best pet in the game for a while. i got offered so many valuable huges but i always refused because it was special to me because i hatched it. then in 2022 they re-added it making it easier to get. i got so made bc that was my only huge that i had and it went to the ground in value. i still have the huge pumpkin cat to this day, even though it isn't worth what it used to be. 😢

im typing this comment after ps99 released, and i have to say, psx was a massive and crazy journey. it had its ups and downs, it had drama, it had everything a discord server would have. now that ps99 is out, there were great improvements. i would obviously say its better than psx, but i still miss it. hopefully ps99 doesnt learn from psx's mistakes and also dies in peace.
