Really cool videos. Very informative. I'm researching and learning all I can as I'm in the market for an older heavy duty machine. I wore out out my wife's elna 2000 model and when I took it apart it had plastic gears that were stripped. Thanks for doing these videos.
The thread path seems to resemble that of a Singer 66. The check spring looks similar as does the remainder of the thread path. I enjoy your videos. Thanks 😊
I'm working on learning more of the video editing software and adding chapters to the videos so if I ramble on and on as I will do from time-to-time people can quickly click on the information they want. See I just did it again in this reply.😁
@@BlacksPorsche986 NO problem, you remind me of myself! It's amazing how much you can learn from youtube and Google. I'm 74, and as a kid I used to pick up a book from Encyclopedia Britannica and just read. You are doing just fine, otherwise I wouldn't be subscribed. I haven't gotten into industrial machines yet, my wife would kill me !!!!!
@@ronalddevine9587 A Singer 31-15 would be the machine to start with so simple to use, keep an eye out for one and if it's a reasonable price just buy it.

Essas máquinas de costura da classe 31 são muito raras é muito difícil encontrar alguma em perfeito estado de conservação.
I just bought a 31-15. How do you know what year it is? Mine looks very similar to the one in this video.
