  • TireJect reviewed this is the best off road tubeless flat tire sealant repair kit I have ever used for tire dry rot, seal tread, sidewall and bead it can permanently fix old dry rotted flat ATV tires and up to 3/8" punctures. I used this on my 1983 Honda ATV/ATC 185s rear tire and it worked great. It repaired the tire almost immediately! TireJects tire sealant formula contains natural liquid rubber, recycled rubber tire particles, and aramid fibers. The active sealing particles and fibers plug punctures and leaks from the inside while the liquid rubber bonds to the tire to form a permanent seal. It's compatible with all off-road tubeless tires - ATV, UTV, Side by Side (SxS), golf cart, utility trailer, lawn mower, tractors, farm equipment, construction and heavy equipment. Haven't seen this stuff might have to give it a try if i get some small leaks, and reality is your tire will still give out when the pressure exerts enough force on dry rotted patches and it will probably be sidewall which involves a crash at any decent speed.
    Remember - Quick fix is okay for yourself, but for the price of new might as well get rid of the old if someone else life on the line

    hey buddy Jamie, does actually still works? it's been, idk, maybe 9 months? i need one asap, i got this 33" TSL Interco S Swamper on a Suzuki Samurai, but cracket not on sidewalls, but on the front of the tires, all of them, it's doesn't leak, but, this swampers remains almost 80% of lifetime, it just they are maybe from 2010, 2011. i appreciate any comments from you

      I mean this stuff does work pretty dam good, I can't guarantee it will work or anything for everyone, but It sounds like it would work for your situation. IT does work very WELL and it held up for several months on this tire in the video. This stuff has Kevlar in it so yea it works pretty dang good.

    • @jamiewagner
      @jamiewagner  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don't have this machine anymore and I have a much newer ATV now. So I really don't have any dry rotted tires to try it on anymore. But if you were to puncture the sidewall like how I did it in the video, it would still work to some extent it would probably work long enough to get you moving for a while like maybe back home or out of the woods

      Most car tires have electronic pressure sensors (TPMS) and this sealant may affect the sensor. Most of these tire sealant products are recommended for trailer tires and truck tires that do not incorporate the safety monitoring system. You may want to call the company for more information on their product.

    I go through a process of cleaning only the sidewalls on our riding lawnmower tires (after taking it off the mower), let all the air out (to prevent any air pressure from making bubbles in the sealant), then apply a layer of GE 100% Silicone Rubber Sealant to it. I spread the sealant using a putty knife then, give the sealant 24 hours to fully cure.
    This gives me a re-engineered tire that’ll not rot due to UV. The petroleum based rubber degrades over time.
