This is exactly how I felt before getting diagnosed with PMDD! I will say weirdly after I got off the pill, the PMDD didn’t come back. I have like one day or two that are bad but it used to be a whole week. Also! I felt like cycle syncing and supplements really helped me handle it without birth control or any kind of mood stabilizers

Love your monthly reset videos ❣️🎈🍒 I'm actually reading the throne of glass series with my best friend rn, but she's speeding through! I'm 3 books in, and she's on Queen of Shadows currently. If I try to speed up my pace, I might be reading Queen of Shadows when you start. You made me realize I need to revisit my yearly goals and probably change a few bc things happen and change, and some might not be relevant anymore. I have started doing 3 monthly goals for the past few months, and that has helped me so much to break it down into a shorter timeline compared to a year. Still working budgeting and financial things and I will be moving in August so that's a whole different can of worms! Hope July is great!

I understand you 100%... my periods literally ruined my life to the point that I couldn't plan trips or schedule things because not only was my emotional state terrifying but the pain was intolerable... they put me on hormone therapy, contraceptives, the only bad thing is that my libido goes down for a long time... now I'm a little more stable, but I prefer to work on my libido than deal with dysphoric syndrome
Hey Abby! I highly recommend getting your mineral levels tested (esp zinc and copper) or working with a functional doctor to figure out why your hormones are affecting you that way. Medication can help for sure, but it’s not treating the root cause. Having 20-30g of protein at each meal and seed cycling are easy ways to start helping your hormones balance out :) Wishing you the best 🫶
I have PMDD! It definitely sucks. Still trying to find a way to help I was put on Yaz because of my PMDD and severe anemia. It helps and I can also skip my period. Birth control makes me feel like you explained but I’m trying to figure out what’s more important
You say 7-9 before your period - first couple days of your period but the is half the month! Literally half the month being in that state. Im proud of you for wanting to go to the doctor!
No literally. It’s awful lol I was telling griffin about it and he was like oh so you’re left with like barely 2 weeks of feeling normal and I was like yepppp basically 😅
Hunting Adeline was a lot darker so please be careful. I liked both books, but I had to put down the 2nd one halfway through. I like the author and her real life vibes so I enjoy her books bc of the way she interacts w her fans. ❤

Medication is scary but it is so so so worth it. Definitely ask a lot of questions and do your research.

The pens are two sided gf! I didn’t find out until like a month after I got them 🤣🙂
