Google Play Store Not Working

Let's fix your Google Play Store if it's not working properly in this quick and easy guide.
If the Play Store isn't working, it's not downloading apps or installing them I walk you through some steps here to get it working again. Everything from restarting your phone to checking your internet connection to getting an app manager. These should also work if you get the error that the download is pending. These steps work for any Android phone or tablet from Samsung to Huawei. You can also do these steps if you're using a Chromebook or Amazon Fire tablet.

Yes. Clearing cache and app data on download manager works for me. Then i was able to force stop and disable then enable google play services then sign back into my google play store... thank you thank you thank you

Would someone please tell me why, I'm trying to download from Play store an app with four megabytes and it tells me to delete 7 apps adding up to 500 MB in order to download and install for megabytes.
