Liitle tip : Make sure yall other accounts are activated, not in the pending status, when you have to put your password and everything. Basically, just sign in on every google account you have on your device.

if can install but cannot update apps, close Google Play app. Open settings -> apps -> Google play. Clear both CACHE and DATA. This will not harm the apps. Restart the Google Play. Google Play will take a little longer to scan for updates but eventually the update function will be back to normal.

Yess the guy in the comments helped still works from that day.
Its clear cash and data from the google Store from the setting ( it wont delete your account + i restarted my phone afterwards ) it didn't work immediately, like 30min or so, everything work properly. I still get the apps being not updated automatically i have to update them manually which is fine. Hope it works for you too!
