This is a Halo 3 gameplay from Defy of the pro MLG Halo 3 team, Legendz, of a Construct Team Slayer game against another pro Halo 3 team, Instinct. Defy does an excellent job in this game, getting a whopping 21 kills, the most of anyone in the game!
The HD quality was top notch and Defy's gameplay was poetry in motion.
Wow , HD makes it alot easier to see how these guys REALLY play first hand. No pixelated crap , this is AWESOME.
Pretty sick gameplay. Based on the way he was beasting on everybody, I thought he was just playing some randoms, then I realized it was Instinct, pretty impressive!

Defy was carrying his teammates at about the 3 minute mark.
he probably does use bumper jumper. the reason it shows to hold RB to pick up guns is because the person who was recording didn't have his setting to bumper jumper when viewing it in theater.
yeah legendz is LANning with instinct for vegas finals and you were right about the classic lineup

Yup object is a huge part of Halo, people fail to realize that pros play more objective games than slayer games, just because someone is cool to watch doesn't mean they're the best.
actually, it really looks like a second player came up, but its really the blue man that just died's foot. just watch it slowly. if a second player came up, you wouldve heard the lift sound (the woooosh) and it wouldve spit him out like right in front of Defy.

its a team game. remember, they are talking throughout and calling out hurt enemies. if he can save his life and let another TEAMmate get him, then its better than him giving the other team a kill. its nt lone wolves. thats why you also see them BR someone a few times even though they can't finish the kil, it allows high probability that player you shot will run into one of your teammates and wont be able to out BR them cause they are already hurt. Remeber they are communicating everything u see
im pretty sure he is, because when he beats down another person that melees him at the same time, not only he wins, but the other guy dies in a way that only happens whan a host beats you down (like kneeling). Also look at how fast his grenades come out of his hands...

Lol, he doesn't ALWAYS rush in for beatdowns - he does it when he'd lose otherwise, such as when he's low o health due to having been in a duel, or when he has no ammo left in his clip.
he doesnt grenade spam his teammates call out positions of opponents and he throws a grenade to either lower their shields or to keep them back while his shields are recovering...every pro does it

What changed for the BR from Halo 2 to 3? I haven't played much Halo 2, as I only got live before Halo 3 came out, so all I played were the campaign.

instinct had a bad play up where Defy got his triple, three 1 shots...ouch
It's construct, you can jump and shoot inmediatly when u spawn at the start
well its just the way it is...think about it if you have 3 shots into a full shield guy and you have 3 shots into you cuz hes a pro also and has a BR as good as yours then you back down so that way your teammate can go and kill the person...and since the person you were up against also has a teammate then you get killed anyways since they call out your position...luckily there are some pros who are crazy good and pull off crazy kills

well, they only lost 50-41, which isn't too bad, and besides, lunchbox only had 4 kills, so he kinda dragged the team down a bit here.

if they had the best BRs then they would probably be one of the best teams but. Your forgetting about the top players such as Neighbor, elamite etc. And ofcourse snipedown with his amazing sniper. best in the circuit.
