    Probably you know it by now, but you can not just "request" items to your inventory, you can also "unload" stuff out of your inventory. If you pick up a chest of coal again, if you use the "trash" slots and tell your bots that you don't want coal in your inventory, they will automatically bring the exess coal out of your inventory.
    Similar you have in the request panel of your personal inventory a lower and an upper limit. That's why there are two regulators and the right currently says "inf." on every request of yours. That means you can currently have an inventory full of let's say green chips. If you fix the right side and put it at the exact value of the left side, your bots make sure that you have EXACTLY the number you request, so if you pick up more, they will unload it from your inventory.
    For some you can even make two different lower and upper limits. Chips are one of the best examples in my opinion there. I want at least one stack of each chip. But i don't mind having a few more chips, so i normally set the maximum at two or three stacks. So if i pick some up to craft something by hand, they don't get immediatly taken away again ^^
