@@briankeith7762yes, the wifi "support" is because the ethernet is able to actually complete the exploit without a risk of the packets being lost. It's not worth risking it on wifi.

@@Super_Deathyes indeed. I have two PS4'S that I bought off of Ebay that I'm keeping on 9.0 until the full jailbreak 11.0 is released. There's no wifi support yet. And patch installer isn't fixed yet from not working on 9.0 to name a few things.

@@abhis2146 he talked about it multiple times in the videos, but in short it depends purely on the developers hard work to release a stable version of updated payloads such as GoldHen, and the compatibility of fake PKGs (free games and all) on 11.00. Considering the hype built around it these last days I would say max 1 month before a full tuto is released :)

This is so cool. I remember turning my playstation on years ago to check a save file and let it update from 9.0 to whatever. A few weeks later I was interested in jailbreaking it, realised what I'd done and was gutted. So cool to see it can now be done.
Is there any chance you can show off what can be done with a jailbroken ps4 as well other than free games and dlcs? Got to be honest I have a pc now so free shit isn't really an issue. Figure there still has to be some fun to be had though.

Perfect time to find out the PS4 pro that's been sitting in my wardrobe for ages is on FW 10.00 - wonder if it's worth updating to 11.00 or if I should just wait for these things to be back-ported
i think there is minimal difference if any updating is up to you i suggest staying until more people can test and then decide whether or not to update since 11.00 is the main focus and everything else isnt

@@bobhope5039 No I am serious my birthday is indeed on Cinco de mayo and this was uploaded before the day was over so it was a great gift as it gives hope that a fully working release of goldHen will be released pretty soon and currently GoldHen has now publicly released their beta version and once beta testing is done a stable version should be out in just a few weeks

@@omnivictorsproductioninmal4678 11.00 using MW 1.3 gui and lightningmods newest injector. I also had to follow a guide on installing python and the other necessary processes. just doing it with the GUI and payloads won't work.

I am on firmware 11.50/11.02 - What can I do?
The short answer is that if you’re on a firmware above 11.00, then PPPwn isn’t for you, and you’ll most likely have to wait for another Jailbreak (which could be years down the road)
With that being said, If you are on a firmware above 11.00, in particular if you are on firmware 11.02, there might be a chance for you to go back to Firmware 11.00. The PS4 holds one “backup” copy of your previous firmware in case an update goes poorly, and it is possible, with a lot of soldering effort, to “revert” your console to that firmware’s backup. Modded Warfare has the most comprehensive video tutorial on the topic, and I’ve covered his video here. If you’re up to the task, that is your only solution (please note that in my opinion this is the point where you should seriously consider buying a secondary PS4 at this point, one that’s hackable, unless you’re in this for the PS4 downgrade learning experience).
Keep in mind that the technique will only let you go back to the Firmware that was previously installed on your console. If you went directly from 11.00 to 11.50, good for you. But if you went from 11.00 to 11.02, then to 11.50, this will only let you go back to 11.02 and is not useful in the context of PPPwn.

Hi, i have a question about the 9.00. I followed your ps4 complete guide from around 2 3 months ago, but i dont have the "enable game patch plugin" option. I dont know what i could do to fix this, but the only option under "plugin settings" is enable plugin loader. Any help would be great, thanks in advance

At this point 9.0 might be all that's needed, still can play new releases with backports and ps4 has been on its last legs for years now.
