The new card in the Synchro universe and in all universes is bad BUT I was planning to do a deck update anyway before support was announced. The good thing is that this opens up the possibility of Z-ARC support for each dimension.

I hate that Arcray was advertised as Odd-Eyes *finally* getting a boss monster just for it to *not* be an Odd-Eyes boss monster and to just be another Z-Arc.
I tried playing Arc-Ray and Synchro Universe in my Z-Arc Pend. Magician Deck, they really don't work out the way I want it to. I play the deck with the goal of turbo'ing out a 4k board nuke. Synchro Universe relies too much on you playing Pendulum Evolution to make up for the amount of resources needed to bring it out.
There's this nice combo you can do with Harmonizing Magician. Pend Harmonizing alongside 1 more lv4 pendulum dark monster. At this point Harmonizing special summons Wisdom-Eye Magician from your deck, and you can Synchro into Visas Amritara since Wisdom is a Light monster. Then Visas will search Mannadium Breakheart or Reframing depending on the disrupt you think you would need. Here synchro 12 into Z ARC and Tribute for Odd-Eyes Arc Ray to tutor any pend scale from deck
I love your videos, and I find it great that you're showing Z-ARC some love! One of my favorite cards ever. But, I can't help but notice you're mainly using one playstyle going first: summon lots of negates. And you even said it in your own analysis, the anti-combo cards are 4/4 danger level. So... why not adapt? There are many ways of building AND playing the deck going first, depending on the build and some tech cards. You don't have to always go for Instant Fusion play; why not leave the Magician on the field and play Soul of the Supreme Celestial King, to wipe the board on demand?
Agree, he built the deck very sloppily and it shows. The jank combos of the Coolia + Z-arc trap just forces him to run insanely sub-optimal lines just to hope she doesn't get negated. There's a lot of extra non-engine in this deck list as well. There's a lot of room for improvement.
Zarc is a monster made to be the other side of the entertainmet of Yuya the side were you entertain your audience by overpassing and crushing your opponent with gigantic titans... but his not made for regular formats... maybe in Duel Links he could shine

I know I'm late but I can explain: It's the way the card is worded. It says "Once per turn you can..." but it doesn't say "You can only use this effect once per turn." or anything similar making it a once per turn per copy or 'soft' once per turn which basically means that if you can recycle the card or you've got multiple copies you can actually use it multiple times. Hope I managed to clarify it for you :)

Yes because it doesn't care where Supreme King Z-Arc is. As long as it's on the field. Since Odd-Eyes Arc-Ray Dragon is always treated as Supreme King Z-Arc, that also applies.
You use it most of the time to send it to GY to summon Gate Magician but it can be useful sometimes considering that it's generic. Also, helps to summon Zarc with Miracle Synchro Fusion.
You can make that if you aktivate soul of the pure me king ,and negate and destroy the zarc with vortex , but this can only happen mid game without the predaplants, because with zarc pure you always have gate 0 and light Wurm in your scales
I know you Synchro Universe is not to your liking but I think with a little more fine tuning it can become stronger. There are no strategies for the monster yet
el deck de zarc sere honesto ya que esta una variante de todo lo otro deck entre todo definitivamente el deck mas fuerte de lo 5 es el phantom knight por que el problema de los 4 son razones simple por ejemplo el deck speedroid depende mucho de clear wing syncron dragon sin este deck sufre bastante,el predaplant tiene muy buena fusiones pero todo monstruo para llegar a ese fusiones tiene muy poco punto de ataque asi que si no tiene buena mano anda jodido el perfomapal creo que dije esto antes no la excesiva dependencia de una carta es mala si dije eso con lo speedroid aqui aplicamos lo mismo pero con el odd eyes y aqui el ultimo de lo deck el de zarc es meta actualmente en ocg pero es por que se ve pero antes de recibir lo soporte de age of overlord este era peor deck con diferencia lo sigue siendo si solo usa la carta de zack si lo combina con otra estrategia sirve
Estos últimos años los decks de los dragones dimensionales han recibido buen soporte a decir verdad pero como indicas el Phantom Knight es definivamente el más fuerte. El deck Zarc con su soporte está bueno pero creería que no es mejor que el Pendulum Magician regular que es competitivo en OCG. Esperemos que aun con la ausencia de Electrum le vaya bien al deck aquí.
