I almost ground looped a Piper Pacer!!!

Alright so Dan really is crazy. It's not just something he does for ratings. Good post. Pacer was my first air ride. Was about J-Pilot's age. Short local sightseeing but I was hooked on flying.

Good to see young people in aviation. Really like the Pacer, 35hrs. in PA-22/20- 135. Just bought a 160hp Tri Pacer, there will be a day it gets a tailwheel.

That D.B. Cooper documentary you filmed...by any chance did you film part of it at Riverside Municipal (KRAL) last summer? We had a B727 parked there in front of our tower that was sorta repainted to look like the NWA 727 that DB Cooper hijacked, and for a couple days a film crew and actors were there. Interesting...

There are pacer drivers who have and pacer drivers will ground loop. The original 20s were the worst. I never looped one but left the runway early on a few landings.
