- 13 topper of Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) retake test after questions over exam process. Ruby Rai, the Bihar Board Class XII topper in Arts stream didn't appears before the board.
They are required to score more than 70 per cent in Friday’s test to retain their position in the merit list.

Taking an exam and being interviewed are two different things. There are many factors as to why they couldn't answer the questions:
1. They were nervous (especially when in front of cameras).
2. They crammed for the exam. When you cram, you have a good short term memory, but you aren't really learning the material enough to retain information long-term. You are just trying to pass the exam.
And so you forget what one subject is about?
I can understand the confusion about the most reactive element; that too, with extreme scepticism and total benefit of doubt.
But Political Science is a 'khaane banane ki Science?'

Well gentle man to let you know first of all a comparison with board topper scam and Ias has no logic . I do not understand what this has to do with Highest IAS producing state ,may be you are jealous as you may also prepare and compete . Secondly every answer sheet which a candidate write for IAS (in all states including your) goes Delhi under Central Gov observation (not state govn) so this comparison seems absolutely irrelevant. You might be having your opinion for every people on this scam but this does not proove that you are correct . Its a joke for deserving students.. In 2003 i had attempted 90% marks and that was absolutely correct but got only 56% marks. then i left bihar and I have pretty done in B.tech and M.Tech..

Now for Lalu who can do such miracles , in a week's time can easily transform a student like Ruby Rai into a real ruby , a state topper. Now in this connection what 'miracles ' he will create only he and the Bihar education board members - who are going to retest Ruby - will know. I have 2 questions: 1) Why does every topper want to become IAS?2) Why are they asking her the ENGLISH spelling of Psychology? She might have studied in Hindi medium.The problem is that colleges like Visnu ray college might be ENCOURAGING kids to cheat. So it is not entirely the students' fault. If cheating is allowed and promoted, how can a child of this age resist the temptation? Apparently every kid from that school passed with first division last year. There's something fishy about this school. The system should change, and the school authorities should be scrutinised.

I think IAS is a government exam where they will also buy marks and after cracking IAS they will bribe their employer to become IAS officer. Thats why they are not thinking about MNC or NASA. You can see most IAS officers, collecters and IPS officers in India are dumb people.

Dude no matter how nervous you are, you can at least say a word or two about what your subject is about. She was asked what politics is, it's not so difficult to speak two words in front of a camera. They asked her a very objective question. Not some subjective or personal question. She could've said something like "Politics is the study of the government and how it operates" or something. She confidently answered all other questions.

1) she failed to answer total marks,frm which she gets 89%, she answer 600, but in result their is mentioned 500(top 5 subjects granted in results)
2) she failed to pronounce/spell "POLITICAL SCIENCE" in which she gets 'Out offs'
3) she failed to answer what about she studied in 'POLITICAL SCIENCE' she answered "Political Science is abput to COOKERY"

even if a student gets less then what the above students did,still the kess scorers are capable of giving ans. Educational exams are conducted to see how much u have gained to use it jn ur interest field nor how much you copy pasted and graded. Seriously plz kindly respect it. Its really a shame!!!!
True. But even a student who fails in my class can at least say what the subject is about. They just asked her what political science is, which any fifth grader can answer. She's a topper in political science, without even knowing what it's about?

if they take any action make it simple, deduct 15% for somebody who fetch above 75%, deduct 10% for 60% to 75% and 5% for below 60% so that they won't harm students of other states.

She didn't pay for good marks to get far ahead in career, she did it to get respect in her village and get married in a good family. I'm sure even a student who fails in CBSE can at least tell what his subject is about. She can simply say that psychology is the science of the mind or something like that(she can say it in Hindi).

not so many , there were three such fake toppers, and not even one of them is shown in this video except the one whose photo is shown as she was absent in the interview by board.
Result of 2 is cancelled and the one who was absent , she got extension to face the interview.
Others cleared the interview well.
