The only reason why pro's are getting skins from rich chinese collectors is because it's common to loan and gift things to pro's in China as part of being a dedicated fan. Also as a pro you have a reputation to uphold so if a player like s1mple steals your skin, he will be destroyed publicly over a skin, which isn't worth it to him in the long run.
