We looked at each other and immediately cracked up because we all understood the impending cringe fest and had to get outta there😂
I love the way that they are trying two out do each other you've stolen my friends that concludes the speeches for the night one last thing two people trying to out do each other the jealous switch has been flicked the singing at the end was brilliant trying to get the high note
I saw this in theaters when it first released, and the moment Helen suddenly appeared back next to Annie with the "Thank you, one last thing~" everyone in the theater went "OOoooooooo 😱😱" That was the moment you realize that Helen is just as petty as Annie, if not even more so.
Just realizing now that the Lillian's fiance is Tim Heidecker ...... kind of like when I realized years later that Amy Poehler was the mom in "Mean Girls"...... which just makes this so much better
it's weird to see Tim in such a passive background role. They had the funniest man on the planet among them and barely gave him any lines. Still a hilarious movie of course
