Sir please cover "Unnatural death of Mr. GAMRIN MAKAT" at ST. PAUL SCHOOL, JAGUN(ASSAM). He was found at the hostel corridor hanged by neck where his leg and hands were tied.
The postmortem report says "death by hanging" and all his body part was intact and healthy. But it was very clearly visible that his leg and hands were tied. It is very clear that it is not a suicide case.
How come a young boy of age 17 can do such an act.
