Actually for the SF2 series, Zangief is the most formidable character in my opinion, but only if you know how to use him well, which few people do. The light chop which can stop any kind of bodily attack, the open arm spin which makes him invincible, the one-hit-dizzy attack, and best of all, the spin dump with which he can grab his opponent from pretty far away, usually used with light chop or light kick. This guy is not easy to master, but if you do, your opponent is almost always on the defensive, especially if you're good at that spin dump.
Underrated comment.
The one-hit-dizzy attack is RNG based, he used a tool to always get it right and get them dizzy. It is not feasible in real gameplay.
The neutral jump headbutt is the move with most stun count in the game, but is a value that varies inside a range. You might get the minimum value, or maximum or values in-between based on the game internal state.

in SF2 attacks didn't have set amounts of stun instead there was a range of stun damage possible for all attacks and it doubles if that attack lands as a counter. My guess is the headbutt was going to do 50% stun but got doubled from being a counter hit.

In the Japan version, Zangief's Spinning Piledriver does More Damage (50) than in the USA and World Versions (44).

There are some U.S.A. first revisions and Japan first revisions technical differences. The japanese version has bug corrections, balance tweaks, a higher damage rate and a somewhat smarter AI.

@@XLPOL vdd.. pilão giratório mesmo é complicado de fazer sem errar. Queria ver ele fazer o pilão girando o analógico sem errar assim.. com ctza ele aperta 1 botão que já executa automaticamente o pilão giratório.

Parabéns brother, você realmente sabe o que é um TAS, para que meus 8 anos neste meio quando em poucas horas você descobriu tudo, essa galera que vem de fightcade contra esses moleques que vez ou outra usam macro para achar que TAS é a mesma coisa, não tem preço.
Mas já que fazer TAS é tão fácil assim, porque ninguém tem a coragem de pegar o emulador e fazer um? Tem os links ai na descrição só clicar no site oficial da tasvideos, emulators resource, escolha o de sua preferência, o cara ai em cima disse que é só pressionar uma tecla que vai saindo tudo automático, sendo assim basta seguirem suas lógicas e fazerem melhor que os que faço em meu canal, good luck boys.
Não quis ofender vc nem ninguém. Eu sempre gostei de jogar com o Zangief e sempre joguei na raça e sei o qto é difícil de sair perfeito o pilão giratório. Qdo puder joga com o Zangief sem usar TAS. Abs mano.
Então na próxima seja mais cauteloso com as palavras cara, não tem nada de apertar um botão e sai tudo automático, os inputs aqui realizados são reais não importa se joguei reduzindo velocidade ou não, os 360 aqui realizados foram todos manuais apesar da perfeição, eu também sei o quão difícil é um 360, já cheguei a jogar de Sodom cujo secreto era um 720, aqui eu realizo mais fácil pelo fator de saber realizar o input frame a frame, não é necessário pular para realizar a giratória dele por exemplo, claro que em tempo real é um tempo absurdo de pegar, ainda sim há gente que por incrível que pareça consegue realizar em arcade stick, vi realizarem um pouco disso no sfex2 e realmente é incrível.
Entendo seu ponto de jogar na raça, mas não seja prepotente ou se por como autoridade por jogar com esse personagem, há muitas coisas novas e antigas por trás de cada um, como falei no sfex2 já cheguei a ver pessoas fazendo os excels + 360 só na raça, claro que é difícil mas o que não é? Até mesmo TAS é difícil se estiver na mão de quem não faz a mínima do que fazer, não é só gravar em câmera lenta e sair soltando uns combos, tem que ser criativo, explorar o engine e o personagem, por isso faço o possível para que pareça o mais humanamente impossível pois não faria sentido pegar essas tools para realizar o que já vemos. Não é esse o intuito, o esquema é se divertir assistindo e não encarar como um play de skills absurdas.

Jugar con Sangief es lo máximo, el agarre de licuadora baja vida un monton a tu oponente. Un super juego 👍, me gustaba jugar con este jugador.

@@omarcervantes5469 haciendo una O completa hacia atrás, es decir todas las flechas direccionales empezando de▶️🔽◀️🔼 luego presionas puñete preferible usa el puño fuerte, así sacas la licuadora mas fuerte y baja más a tu oponente, ahora sí usas patada sale otro poder como un suplex doble y lo tira x las nubes...un decir. Espero haberte ayudado 👍.

Oh sorry for can't meet your expectations. I really tried to be make a run where Zangief bring many dizzy moments using heabutt move like a japanese TASer did in past.
About face crush, I don't know why but when CPU is set to maximum level 8, when I start doing biting the CPU just skip in the second frame from my throw, I don't know why if it's cuz I'm at level 8 or because arcade champion edition was programmed to skip from these throws.

Oh come on, don't worry about it! Your TAS was to die for! I just remember I saw somewhere (I really forgot where, was loooooong time ago) in a Zangief TAS someone went for the face crush and was just hey "hey hey hey hey hey hey hey hey hey" super fast and the health of the opponent just drained like water. Was so funny and epic, though.
Anyways, maybe that's an idea for a further TAS that involves Zangief somehow. You keep doing what you're doing cuz it's already awesome as it is. Keep it up!

How do you do that spinning flying grapple move on the super Nintendo? That's my favourite throw move 😍 must learn that
It's called Screw Piledriver, the standard way to do the move is doing a 360 + any punch.

Oh sorry about that, it's a common term.
In summary 360 means pressing: up, left, down, right (sometimes reverse too, up, right, down, left).
So for zangief Piledriver input wold be: up, left, down, right + any punch (yeah you will need to do the move after jumping or blocking) there is a common technique for street fighter games called Kara Cancel but I don't know if it works on SNES, with this technique you can do the same movement for Zangief without needing to jump, if you want to test you need to be on the area limit or close to opponent and then do this sequence: left, down, right, press medium punch and immediately press up + low punch, if you do the right input Zangief will do the same move without having to jump or blocking.
@@GordyaZarrinkhatThe secret is that you do *NOT* need to do a 360º. You can do just the 270º, regardless of where you start from left or the right, like this:
➡️↘️⬇️↙️⬅️↖️⬆️ + Punch
Or this:

It doesn't matter whether you are in the left or in the right.

Not that move. That was a regular powerbomnb. His special command grab is the SPD. I main gief in Super Turbo , but played around with him in earlier versions as well

Not all the time, headbutt stun depends on memory value so it's kinda random doing it in real matches.
So in the Chinese? version of SF, Balrog is M.Bison, Vega is Balrog, and M.Bison is Vega...dude, they must have been super confused when the movies came out.

Então, essa lenda é a mesma das 3 cabeças do Johnny Cage no passado, parece que os roms antigos até conseguiam trazer para fora essas coisas, nas atuais tudo foi corrigido, mas essa do sheng long é na realidade muita teoria sobre mesmo, já cheguei a ler essa matéria e tem muita discussão sobre isso de fato.

Não cara, quando se edita as vídeos é natural ver cortes durante o vídeo, neste foi perfect até o fim, não há corte nem edit, sheng long é algo misterioso para todos nós.
Foi editado sim amigo, o cara usou TAS, pesquise ai que verá, e no caso das 3 cabeças do jonny cage eu ja fiz varias vezes.

In Street Fighter (which is the case here), yes. But in The King of Fighters, they can combo with a command grab as a finisher.

@@picallo1 same here. I've been playing Street Fighter 2 since July 91 at the Family Fun Center in my hometown. The head butt has always existed and it always had stupid high stun properties. The reason you never I knew it existed is because it's extremely hard to land. Simple as that.
