To make a non-Coffee Frappicino (at least from what i know):
Get condensed and regular milk, mix it in a pitcher (this is called "the base")
Put the base into a blender for desired cup amount (16 oz or more)
Put desired flavor with pumps or a syrup, could be chocolate syrup at the store
then get at least 1 cup of Ice, more for a shake-like texture.
Blend till properly mixed or till desired texture
(optional) take a cup, put syrup on the inside walls of the cup for extra flavor, doesn't have to be the same flavor
Pour the mixture into cup
then add whipcream and put dome lid on with straw
And you're done!
