    물론 갓해서 바로 먹으면 제일 맛나겠지만.
    냉장고에 뒀다 먹으면 물생기거나 무르거나하진않나요? 밑반찬으로 두고먹으려구요

      가지 겉면은 전분가루 가 묻혀져서.쫀득하고
      안 에도.물컹할정도는 아니예요
      가지를 너무 오랫동안 굳지말고
      적당히 구우면 식감이
      살라있어요~^^
