Let's take a moment and appreciate what you guys are doing for the sport, it's really amazing, more and more people are enjoying and joining the sport because of you guys! Thanks!
Very nice content. Fluent straight to the point explanations and execution of each exercise. I would love to see the same exercise executed with a sparring partner or atleast how to target those critical groups like wrist supination, pronation at a breaking point (e.g. as if it was a competition). Waiting for more content!
Thanks for the video! Done the exercises, after just 2 weeks, its a difference from against my friend who usually beats me very fast (5 seconds), now lasts for 15 seconds :) My goal is to beat him lol
Thanks. The mathematicians and computer scientists I know at uni often challenge each other to armwrestling after a couple of beers. This'll help me to win more in the future.
I'm a big fan of you guys and your channel. Very informational and you guys seem like good people. I just arm wrestle for fun with friends and at the bar. Always for fun, never to be a bad ass. I do like to win though, so I sneak your training techniques into my normal weight training to to keep an edge. My question is; when looking at the average professional arm wrersler's weight training program how much time/emphasis is placed on arm wrestling specific exercises(like the ones in this video) compared to the time/ emphasis dedicated to overall/core strength exercises ( like deadlift, squats, bench press, etc)? I am sure everyone has their own preference but I am just curious what kind of priority you see the top arm wrestlers giving to them. Thanks.
Great video! Could you do a video on your favourite cone grip exercises? 💪 I purchased them a couple of months ago but am just recently starting to use them. Hypertrophy focus if possible :)
If it's not too much to ask, can I please have the maximum no. out of the exercises told in the video, to be done in one training session and also the no. of sets and reps for the same. Really looking forward for a response. Thankyou and love your work.
Hey you are really good! You Carey for teaching really good surf and make a beginner really lean. Evento of i don't be an arm wrestler but want to gain arm strength.
I really appreciate your videos guys! I have a question though. In my school, real arm wrestling techniques are not possible because people always say its bodyweight and its not allowed. So which arm wrestling technique is best for minimal bodyweight assistance? Thanks!
Well, people in your school don't know about real arm wrestling. However, one technique that does not use a lot of bodyweight is the tricep press. Coach Ray did a video on how to train your tricep press with resistance bands. But remember, tricep press and shoulder roll are 2 different techniques. Shoulder roll uses bodyweight, tricep press don't use that much.
How often should i do it as an beginner. Beginner in Armwrestling before that i was an Boxer and lifted some weights i need to know how often i should do it to increase strenght
Thanks for the help. Very useful! I’m not super serious about it, but especially as a girl. I’m tryna do whatever I can to beat my guy friends. It’s my goal before the end of the year. And I’m succeeding so far.
I believe some arm wrestlers spend time pulling with several other people to develop strength instead of barbells and weights as much. I think I heard Bryznk did not use weights so much. I am curious, and I wrestle only as a hobby. I do not know a lot of athletes.
*me,who bet my brother (whose biceps are litteraly the size of my head and is probably a body builder) that if I win in arm wrestling with him,I get his massive hoodie.... THATS HOW IM HERE-*
Is this going to give hypertrophy gains or just pure strength? I am pretty strong and I can take guys 40 pounds heavier than me but my overall forearm size is very small
Your hands will look much bigger than a person who just do bodybuilding even if his biceps are bigger than yours Coz your forearms will get bigger and that gives an illusion of bigger arms There's a guy in my gym who's an armwrestler and his biceps size is 16inches and his arms look enormously huge because of his forearms

Casually doing 18kg curls like it's absolutely nothing.
My PR is below that. 😱
Well 18kg is not that much for his size
My brother has 15 inches arms and can easily curl 25kg dumbbells
What helps you with more power for the arm only hammer curls or bicep curls
Hammer curls (arms is in armwrestling position).
I subbed. Do you train arms everyday? Or every other day? Ever twice a day?

Bro please guide how to defend shoulder press?
Is this going to give hypertrophy gains or just pure strength? I am pretty strong and I can take guys 40 pounds heavier than me but my overall forearm size is very small
Just eat more and keep training, you Will eventually get bigger
Your hands will look much bigger than a person who just do bodybuilding even if his biceps are bigger than yours
Coz your forearms will get bigger and that gives an illusion of bigger arms
There's a guy in my gym who's an armwrestler and his biceps size is 16inches and his arms look enormously huge because of his forearms
Arm wrestlers don’t want big arms, bigger your arms the harder it is for you to get tight to your body. Is all about strength and holding power.
