we have a machine in the gym,i can lift 50kg per hand with it but when i do back pressure training or the stamina one i put 70kg per hand so that incrase the stamina and i was doing it for one year and its very useful training, but people at the gym always tell me its wrong and i shouldnt do it with very heavy weights

I'm a big fan of you guys and your channel. Very informational and you guys seem like good people.
I just arm wrestle for fun with friends and at the bar. Always for fun, never to be a bad ass. I do like to win though, so I sneak your training techniques into my normal weight training to to keep an edge.
My question is; when looking at the average professional arm wrersler's weight training program how much time/emphasis is placed on arm wrestling specific exercises(like the ones in this video) compared to the time/ emphasis dedicated to overall/core strength exercises ( like deadlift, squats, bench press, etc)?
I am sure everyone has their own preference but I am just curious what kind of priority you see the top arm wrestlers giving to them.
    Thanks.

Well, people in your school don't know about real arm wrestling. However, one technique that does not use a lot of bodyweight is the tricep press. Coach Ray did a video on how to train your tricep press with resistance bands. But remember, tricep press and shoulder roll are 2 different techniques. Shoulder roll uses bodyweight, tricep press don't use that much.
