Everything works well until I get to the point where I set my shades in the down position. For some reason when I push the down button, the shade goes down however when it hits the bottom, it automatically start to go back up and stops 3/4 of the way up. When I push the up button, it does start to go back up. Any suggestions?
On the motor press & hold button with paper clip till it jogs four times to reprogram…. Also make sure control isn’t locked 🔒 by taking out the battery cover and pressing the 🔒 lock button once if it says U it is unlocked & L it is locked (hold for 5 seconds to unlock
Our blinds started beeping when going up and down. So we charged them for 4 hours or so and now they won’t respond at all. We tried to reprogram and they don’t jog after pressing the button on the motor. Any ideas?

My Rollease blind stopped working. Pressing the red button does not reset it (ie it does not jolt). Checked power supply to blind and power is fine. Any suggestions?
Hello, Thank you for contacting us. Our Rollease motorized blinds are chargeable only, not hard wired. We advise a full charge (approximately 8 hours) and replacing batteries in remote. If you have hard wired blinds, you will need to speak to a Rollease representative. Try this link rolleaseacmedamotors.com/pages/contact-us Thank you, DIY Blinds Support Team.

This was my issue. When you get to as far up as it will go, hold up and stop button together for AT LEAST three seconds until it beeps and jogs. Then inch your way up to the desired height and press both again.
