I'd like it if instakill weapons were removed personally. It might be the Dark Souls player in me speaking but it's way more fun to me to try and overcome a strong foe through wit and skill than just throwing all their effort down the toilet with a shutdown item. They went through the pain of powering up the killstreak item, they deserve to rampage with it.

You can not damage the person you are pacted with, and vice versa. You also need to be within 30 studs to pact. 2: All Streak Items build up off damage dealt instead of kills, all streak items take at least half as much time to ramp up. 3: Players under a pact get 0.5 of the other's progress. They also share any benefits a the player they are have a Pact may receive from their items and vice versa. The first makes it harder for people to use pact as an instant kill. The second makes Streak items more of a gimmie, making it okay if your streak gets wiped out because of a pact. The final one gives a massive boon to those who decide to work together with a Pact. Give me your opinion in the comments!
I remember this guy named Nani. I first saw him in a lobby using an emote. I backshotted him and he stopped emoting and looked at me. I resetted after that and i repeat. Then a few days later,i found him again. I repeated what i did to him
I had a similar experience but it was more aggressive. I had fire force, fantasy seal, and the smile. I spammed the fantasy seal, ate whatever is killed, then used fire force when I was able to merge. I was unfortunately pacts with 73 seconds left T^T
I remember pacting with one of the best players in the server at the time. He got an awp and I got mad noob's shotgun. We were unstoppable until some guy killed me with death note.
I once got smile and noob tube in my loadout immediately after I joined a tc server, and we easily won (we were defender) Oh yeah and a death note user tried to kill me but I hit him with my ranged

Honestly it's a 50/50, people probably just resetted themselves immediately upon Pacting someone with Smile because it's ruining the fun for the other people and they don't feel helping them makes it any more fun to play for the other people. On the other hand, yes, he could've just pacted you to help you. You've inspired me, so next time i get a Pact, i won't instantly kill myself (Hopefully the other person doesn't do it either)

One time i got smile in redlightgreenlight, after merging, someone pacted me. But this guy who pacted me had pixel gun and for some reason if you kill 1 person it counts as 2. And we both got like 25+ killstreak (means that we got 50 kills) in total i got 70+ kills...

I have teamed up with intervention users with Pact before. A pact duo with decent loadouts are absolutely terrifying and alot of people dont even realise that.
Just a few days ago, had a lovely game with another guy. we both had a mid loadout when he pacted me. but we popped off, like both of us got a 10 player kill streak. sadly as a wand connected with his skull all i could do is watch as he flew off into the horizon.
i remember i got smile michael p and fire force in a round of tdm once managed to notice someone walking towards me with borrow so i switched to michael p and then killed them since it served it's purpose of quickly getting kills by then of course you know how it ended already, death noted
It's funny that someone actually got a Merged Smile and then when I joined the server, I just ended it with the "ROAD ROLLA DA!!!" kit, which ended with them getting flung to the trash shute by an apc and dying.

It's sad that pact has no way of being avoided death (unless a bug happens which is rare), they should have some way of dodging/getting unpacted, for example make Franklin badge parry pact.
Make pact Melee range... Like instead of being a ranged contract... Make it stab your victim to link with both the individuals with it... And make death note be just like in Allusions (if you don't know how it works in Allusions basically You had to write down the players' name so it would kill them.. (and if you wrote it wrongly it would kill you instead.. pretty funny))

smile gives +10 hp per body, and caps out at 500, bobm only does 250 hp worth of damage so its possible, but you gotta get lucky(ish)
