I would be shocked if a team with maybe one of the most highly touted rookie Qb's of the last bunch of years goes with a defensive coach with a history of rocky relationships with QB's. Flores is gone for sure, he's going somewhere. Its the NFL though, and the Bears, so them making the best decision for their team is in high doubt.
Obviously Flroes can coach a damn good defense but I'm not convinced he would be a good head coach. We all know what happened in Miami and the monotone nature of his press conferences here doesn't indicate a "rally the troops" type of guy who is a leader of men. I think he should stick with being a DC

I don't agree. I don't think Flo gets a job this cycle. There are better options out there for teams, and the emphasis tends to be on offensive-minded coaches these days, sans Raheem Morris and D'Amico Ryans, who are both struggling this year.
If you are a Dallas fan you want no part of a defensive head coach, even though McCarthy has been awful. Jerrah is probably going to draft Quinn Ewers or Jaxon Dart and nudge Dax out.
