I`ve never been someone who believes in curses, but you go out with Captain Matt, a guy who just fished 2 days and lands 3 swordfish. You board his boat and it`s nada. Man you are jinxed.
The Mahi looked good Heiko, but for a TRUE Blackened Mahi, you should use a cast iron pan, heated hot enough to cause the butter to start to brown. After you have a HOT pan, add your seasoned fish, and let it Blacken. Only flip it once, your kitchen should be full of smoke by the time it's done. If you blacken it properly, the burnt seasoning will add a whole nother dimension of flavor. Great vid!

It's cheaper to start a Utub channel buy brand new boat and hire cameramen than it is to buy seafood at the market. Surprisingly crab legs have not increased as much as other things.
What do you think about that one guy that got on u tube and said some bad things about nick and you stuck up for nick when he said stuff about nick catching to many sail fish and how he does catches them when you and capt Dan was going out fishing with captain mat for sail fish and you said captain Matt catches sail fish and he puts sail fish on his boat every other day he is a cry baby and wishes he can catch them like captain nick and Matt I think that guy stop fishing and take up golf ⛳️
