That first game was so incredible, an absolute masterclass from both players. Problem is that it set the standard so high, that the rest of the game was just disappointing by comparison.
Before watching, I am going to presume Sidnev won the match, because thumbnail shows smile. When Sid loses, there is the biggest tantrum ever... which is always hilarious.
There has been 1 thumbnail in this year's ctm tournaments where I look slightly dissatisfied (against Alex in semis in May). The rest of them I'm just locked in looking at the game, regardless of whether I won or not. It's fine to say my post-game reactions are unprofessional, childish, whatever, but under this video I didn't do anything like that. I'm working on myself and I would appreciate it if you didn't bring this up on irrelevant videos, as I am pretty ashamed of how I can react after losses. It doesn't feel good to have this haunt me even if I do behave normally like in this match. Sorry if this is a bit too dramatic of a response, I just want to let people know how I feel about this.
The endgame of this match felt a lot like 2015 lol. To be frank, though, Sidnev deserved it for that monster performance against Dog.
Impossible to pick a favorite between these two. Both of them have such genuine passion for the sport of Tetris!
why does the title say round 1
oops fixed!

Felt like game 1 was the true decider
