Three weeks ago me and another Yukon started the Scotts line trail but end up on the Anson trail. My Tacoma steel skid plate was completely destroyed.
If I had a workshop like you ....man the things I will do myself.

Haven't done either of those trails yet, but they look gnarly.
I ended up making a 3/16" SS skid plate to cover from radiator to drive shaft. It's saved me quite a lot already.
