A Little About Me...
Hi my name is Kelly Acheson and I have a problem. I’m in LOVE with paper crafts!!! I’ve been a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator since 2004. That was the year that I decided I needed a discount on all the fabulous products I was ordering on a monthly basis. So I took the plunge and purchased my starter kit. I thought... hmmmm....maybe I could share my passion for paper crafting with some of my friends. Teach them some fabulous techniques, fun folds, new card layouts and get some great training from the masters at Stampin’ Up! to share with them too. This would be a good way to help me fund my habit if they placed orders...right??? So it began!
I live in Northeast Wisconsin and I'm married to a Steamfitter for 20 something years. We have one daughter and three step-children. I am very blessed! In my time away from paper and ink I enjoy spending time with my mom and family in the outdoors of northern and central Wisconsin. I also enjoy traveling to anyplace tropical!!! Since you seem to have SU leadership ear, let them know I love their products. But I don't like customer service that shows friendly moments like this but let's customers outside the inner circle of demonstrators etc waiting. I was billed for paper pumpkin on the 14th, to arrive in 7 to 10 days. I am still waiting 14 days later. After 10 days I wrote to company and received stock answer I got in january....shipping issues. On paper pumpkin fan page, a demonstrator posted facts....stuff stuck on trains with no trucks to deliver. But I never was told. January kit came on Feb 2nd, though I was billed on 12th. February kit arrived in 10 days. Unboxing videos and alternatives on TH-cam started appearing about a week after I paid, so someone is getting kits. I am assuming that is demonstrators. Maybe PP should consider a new payment/shipment schedule to match when customer kits are actually available to ship. We are billed when kits are actually in your hands and not sitting on a train. If shipping is out of your control, then wait, so some customers are left waiting and waiting. I can only apologize to this gift subscriber so many times.
