    I have just demoed the t76 with 5 link suspension. Ride is very smooth and quiet cab. Servicabilty has definitely improved. Larger pins and bushings especially in front of machine. Hydraulics and speed is slower . Most likely due to direct mount hydraulic pump. Belt drive increased speed of pump rotation. I will stick with my 2. T595 for now . Ride is smooth enough with roller suspension. I like the smaller frame machine for the type of properties we service, t66 will be introduced this summer.

      I do concrete demolition, my t595 lifts the concrete better than the t76
      Isnt the t76 suppose to be stronger than the t595?
      Already brought the machine to bobcat all they say is machine works normal
      What do you think?

    "Repositioning the engine they gained a lot of service access"
    This R-series is the funniest thing. All the Bobcat exclusives like the transverse engine and cooling air flow that was the reverse of standard that they've been telling us was the greatest thing for so long are suddenly gone, and in their place is Bobcat employees having to directly contradict their old message to sell the new machines.

    • @ptrproducttestreview9593
      @ptrproducttestreview9593 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah it's real sad... but you know the one bright side is this new R series inline engine and cooling system is kinda how Bobcat made the 743's and 843's. So it's kinda just going back to how they used todo it.

    • @crazypeaches1
      @crazypeaches1 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@skliros9235 pending on if they changed this on the new ones but in 2010 there are pivot wedges that break at least on average 4 -6 times a year. They are on the bottom of the plate (that connects to buckets and other attachments) where it rotates when the hydraulic cylinder were to dump or fill the bucket. it's the only 2 things besides the hydraulic cylinders that connect the plate to the arms on the skid loader.

    • @crazypeaches1
      @crazypeaches1 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you're talking about the battery. The old ones were semi difficult to change out but at least you could do it in a small shed with a short roof. The new ones you would have to get the skid loader outside to open the cab up just to change the battery. Could be a pain in Cold weather especially after a snow storm.

    • @ptrproducttestreview9593
      @ptrproducttestreview9593 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I wish CAT would redesign the front tilt cylinder area to be more like the Bobcats. It gets tiresome climbing in and out of the 299. Also the the CATs for some reason have zero visibility out the back. But the back up camera does help. The Bobcats have ok visibility out the back.

    10,250lbs machine, DOT starts to look at you when your machine weighs over 10,000lbs and you don't have a cdl. t76 is a 2900lbs lift machine and the 259d weighs 9100lbs and its a 2900lbs lift machine. I will say the t76 looks greatly improved and i like the 750hr oil change. Wonder what they cost?

    Bobcat copied off Cat big time. I went with Cat because they have been out for 6 years now and I found a low hour used machine and I feel like Cat is a better brand personally but its probly comparable until Cat comes out with a redesign which im sure they will within a year or two as they are already on a Cat259D3.

    • @dallasbaiton3234
      @dallasbaiton3234 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Precision Films with no room on the floor and you need to buy the cooling kit for the hydraulics . From a big company like Cat there is room for improvements , both cat and bobcat need to make an over head door for access when the loader is not on the ground .

    • @mikethorntonr1
      @mikethorntonr1 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@dallasbaiton3234 the overhead door feature is nice and believe it or not once again asv was the first to try it and it just made the machine to tall like the kubota and I forget the other brand doing it gehl? And there just awkward to close the asv was easier and the noise from rattling around was ridiculous I'm good with keeping the doors how they are go try a couple out you'll see

    • @nickenslandscapingexcavating
      @nickenslandscapingexcavating  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I couldn’t agree more on the overhead door! Door design on skids is my biggest complaint. I was strongly considering Takeuchi for that reason.

      Nothing wrong with a low hour used machine. Personally for me our cat dealer is MASSIVE and 45 minutes from my shop. I like our Bobcat dealer because they have always provided me with great service even when I was young kid with a pos 743. Something to be said about good consistent service. Not to mention every bobcat I have ever owned was a good well built machine.

    • @precisionfilms3777
      @precisionfilms3777 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Easy. If they had roll up doors as an option or standard they would have to redesign their whole interiors that have switches and screens up in the front and side ceiling areas. I like that a whole lot better than down alongside me.
