Thanks iFootage, what I a truly fantastic tripod. Bought the TC 7. Most impressed with it, brilliant idea of the extension piece on the carry bag, no need to remove the head when it’s time to pack the tripod. The bag is extendable to accommodate a head still fitted to the tripod .
Well worth the money for this brilliant tripod.
    Thanks again.

I'd love to see a tripod that utilises the quick release of the Cobra 2 monopod, allowing hot-swapping between the monopod and tripod.

Our Seastar Q1 quick release plates are a great option to allow this www.ifootagegear.com/products/seastars-q1-quick-release

It appears to be a solid tripod with all the features I've been looking for, but I can see one issue I have with the leg locking mechanism. The locks seem to keep the legs from moving outward, but they don't appear to keep the legs from going inward toward the center, vertical position. I need a tripod where the legs lock solidly in each position, so when I pick up the tripod with my camera mounted to re position it the legs don't flop around, subsequently requiring me to reset the locks each time I set it down. I need the legs to lock in each position so they can't move in or out. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's the way the locks seem to operate in the video. Otherwise this Gazelle would have been a good choice for me. I'm seriously looking to buy a new tripod and I really liked everything about the Gazelle tripod I've seen so far, except for the floppy legs. Why did they design it that way? Was it cheaper to make? Perhaps there is a way to lock the legs that was not shown in the video. Oh well, guess I'll keep looking at other brands of tripods. I hope you reply to this message.

Are the feet replaceable? The stock spikes look way too short for use in soft ground

Seems to be very interesting! Could you tell us the weight of the fastball including the knob to know what could be the total weight without it. In case of putting a Miller or Sachtler head on it.
    Thanks by advance!

I wish you guys could ship this to Australia straight from your web store as none of your authorized dealers have them on their websites to pre-order.

Rubber Monkey in Sydney might be able to order them for us, if they won't, B&H will !! About $500 shipped, just add a ballhead. Interesting that iFootage have not interacted with ANY comments on this video.

Any stock in Australia? Dealers seem to not have them. Also, is there a version with a leveling base that has the spirit bubble outside the bowl area? As a landscape photographer, i'd always be removing my ballhead to see the level, and level up, not ideal at all (i can't tell is the video is just a regular base or a levelling base).

Hi Sam and have a question for you, I’ve done countless searches to know if the iFootage Gazelle TC7 carbon fibre fastball tripod is suitable to use with a Gimbal-heads as I’m interested in purchasing one for this reason, because I haven’t found any video or information to this fact apart from the Gazelle iFootage heads the company supplies? Would appreciate a reply thanks in advance Dennis.

Thanks for your comment our TC7 and our full gazelle range support Gimbal heads as long as they have 1/4 or 3/8 mounting points. It's a great tripod for both photographers and videographers. Feel free to drop the team a message cs@ifootagegear.com one of the team would be happy to answer any further questions. Thanks

I've had one on order now from B&H Photo for a month am told by B&H it will be yet another 3 weeks before they have stock and then 10 days shipping. :( (&^*(^%!!! You need to do as good a job actually manufacturing the thing as you do advertising it.
