Sir, many thanks for enlightening with the nuances of mix proportioning. Two queries: 1. In some questions by IS 10262 method, the given data in the exam question is say, 0.9 or so, CF as workability, not in terms of slump. But, T-2 is in terms of slump. So, how to convert CF into known slump to be able to use T-2 of 10262, to proceed for max. Which table should be used from IS: 456 or IS 10262, for conversion? 2. If u can kindly add an example of mix proportioning in DOE method.
Sir im s.naveen raj im civil engineering student can you please clarify my doubt in volume of dry concrete=1.5*volume of wet concrete Hows that 1.5 comes sir will u please explain in comment sir And is that details available in anycode book sir

U have to consider voids in C.A(30%) and F.A (20%) = total voids in dry state is 20+30=50%
Dry /wet = 1+ (50%/100)= 1.5
