It's like Michael was a big brother for Seb years ago and now that Mick is in Formula 1 and Michael cannot be there with him, Seb is the natural 'big brother' for Mick. Not only because they are german, but because they share the same hero: Michael Schumacher.

@@100_vadlavikramchary9 Michael Schumacher after his retirement at 2012 he went on a skiing trip on 2013 with his son Mick Schumacher, on the skiing trip Michael fell on to an accident and bumped his head so hard that he was in a state of coma. Michael has been recovering since then, it is unknown if he had woken up from his coma but Corinna (Michael's Wife) said that he is recovering whilst away from the media's attention.
If I ever had a wife it would be someone like Corinna, she has been faithful and hopeful for Michael.

I love the relationship they've got going on here. Michael was Seb's hero. Vettel was greatly inspired by him. That inspiration is what helped him achieve as much as he did. Seeing him being there for Mick knowing Michael cannot is both heartbreaking but also heartwarming. I know Seb cannot replace Michael for Mick, that's obvious, he's his father after all, but it's great to see one of the biggest fans of Michael who followed in his steps be there for Mick. And I'm sure Seb is happy to help, because in the end he's also doing this for Michael. Man, writing this made me tear up a bit.

@@MettPitt only those who go out on top, retire, and think they could still be on top, come out of retirement. Vettel can't match what he did with red bull, he knows he'll never get a better chance now and theres nothing to add to his otherwise incredible legacy in the sport. Nostalgicly sad, but the facts nonetheless.

As a diehard Ferrari fan, I used to hate him for his years in Red Bull. But gem always shines on long run, even in lows ! Giving back is Seb. Mick is lucky. And Godspeed to Schumi for his recovery !
In my case, I hate Seb when he was driving for Ferrari because I think Ferrari is too overrated! I'm not trying to fuel the fire but I prefer Seb in a Mercedes!
You know if Michael was there he'd be doing the same. When Seb retires i think you'll find him in Mick's corner mentoring him cause Michael can't.

Michael spent time learning Seb things about racing and now he is passing it to Mick since Michael himself can’t… what a man Seb is. I remember that he was so arrogant in his dominant era and now he is so humble and simply a great man

For anyone overdramatizing Seb and Mick look at it from a F1 roster perspective.
Over half the grid has been, currently is, or is partnered with a former Red Bull driver.
Those who aren't are from a Mercedes driving team, with Zhou and KMag being the only real exceptions.
Mick's only other f1 teammate has been banned from F1, and KMag is notorious for being non-social with other F1 racers.
Yes, Mick and Seb have had a long time friendship but honestly F1 is a tight knit group. Its not a surprise that Mick found a friend in Seb in a highly competitive environment. Mick is a definite outcast and as a rookie from last year its not surprising he doesn't have other friendships with other drivers.
