It felt like listening to this beauty for the first time once again. Cold, heartbreaking and gut wrenching, yet so nostaligic and comforting. This album is the most soul crushing experience despite it being the most wonderful thing ever made. This man is a blessing.
Hearing this intimate and then recently with a full band affirmed Dan's status as an absolute legend. I wish nothing but the best for him and his ventures.

@@everyvillainislemons7583 A late update but I did indeed attend that NY show. Fucking incredible as always. Obviously gawked PFB's ear off after his set but I was hardcore hard styling when they did Deep Deep with the full lineup. Incredible stuff.
Funny. I pestered Dan on the ELHR pages years ago when HANL reemerged with the shows for "The Unnatural World" to play Guggenheim Wax Museum and they did at the Bazaar in Brooklyn that night. When I asked to confirm Dan just went "Yeah we did that for you".
