Every Tuesday I wait for your video, each week is a journey towards a conscious parent. I analyse my traumas as a child, I analyse my reactions towards my child and each and every Tuesday is another reminder for me - hey do this, do this and do this. Turely we are blessed with our little angels it's us who make them devils, and again it's our responsibility to see them as angles again. Particularly the second case, it's so difficult to catch our Ego sometimes that we don't realise what we are doing and how it can have a negative impact in others. I am really excited to watch the podcast every Tuesday! It always feels like it's speaking directly to me, and I find myself thinking, "How did you know? That's exactly it!" even when the topics seem unrelated to me. It's fascinating how I can always relate so deeply.

And while it touched me deeply, I am not sure the advise applies when the roles are reversed. So much time I spent parentifying my parents that this is where I drew the line, painful as the outcome is
